HI OKWUTE Have you read from the first page onwards? YogiBrood explains in one of posts how to get on the list to make a claim, not sure which # though.

Yes, you have & I had received it and you are not the only one awaiting confirmation but don't worry, I'll work on it soon. I am on a long holiday and will be back and soon, you will have a reply about it... :)

Hi YB, I am finding it difficult to remember the exact amount of money I invested in pips since I wired money on several occasions.I may have a rough figure .Is that ok.

Edit: When there is a decision and ruling made, and YogiBrood DOES NOT make any Legal Rulings or decisions but only assist with guiding towards it, the Courts and the presiding Judge(s) make that ruling and as I can advise on this, you do need to have a paper-trail as proof of what you transferred over from WHERE and to WHOM or HOW etc... no words of guarantees are accepted... but this is something everyone should know or realize by now. If he has approached you through the forum and tools using ROLClub Forum, please report this to Admin and me for immediate action needed.

Should any of you be in contact and have already made due arrangements and perhaps deposited whatever form or sum to the person(s) involved in this separate attempt and/or maneuver, it must be made known that, you do this at your own risk.

If you had already done so, i.e. paid the required sum under the notion of his "offered" services as stipulated, you may and can, contact the local Police HQ or Head Office of the Internal Ministry for Home Affairs overseeing Crime and Theft Offense, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Hi, due to popular demand I have extended this service for another 20 claimants with the following terms and conditions:-

1) Each claimants need to pay USD 40 per claim for amount less than usd 1000. For amount more than usd 1000 -2000 you need to pay USD 80 per claim. For amount more than USD 2000 you need to pay USD 150. If you have 3 accounts, you need to pay seperately for each account. This money is for the joint legal fee and I am not making money out of it. Maybe from my calculation there is small balance left based on average USD80 per claimant.

2) Payment must be send to me via paypal [email protected] not latest then 15th Jun 2011. No extension will be given because the final court case will be end of this month. First Come First Serve.

3) After the payment make to me, please submit me the documents proof that you pay the money into one of accounts in PIPS or PICPAY. Without the documents proof there is no way you can claim you money, so please dont claim. With supporting documents your chance are almost 99% sure you will able to get your money back maybe 100% of the initial invsetment because not many people claims and the amount frozen (cash and assets) more than USD 10m.

4) I will only entertain those who have pay the fee and assist them till they got back their money and I wish to apologize if I have no time to reply your mail for those who did not participate into this joint claims.

The above mentioned email address is linked to a permanently banned ex-RC in 2009 who was then registered as "tmhmy". He somehow thought he might as well pull a fast one on anyone that is unaware of the trials and the refund payouts.

Thanks YB for putting us on our guard. I think it’s despicable to do this, as his email sounds quite convincing. He is just trying to get some free money. If anyone gets his email - please don’t be fooled as you will end up ‘out of pocket’.
