You may want to first do the right method like most have done and you still have time to do so. Click on this >>>: Claimant Listing

Good to have you returned even if its yr very 1st post since you registered almost 6 years ago. It applies to ALL when I don't know nor expect a mail cropping out into my Inbox from out of the blue on whatever subject or topic that I am working on or be part of.

Hence, rather than ignore and consider your efforts to get my attention seriously as a SPAM mail, I expect you first to show you can do likewise by PMing me in this Forum itself and in simple short sentence, is adequate.

Let me know that you are about to email me and in the subject title, disclose which email addy you will be sending from as you type it out. I will compare that when I receive yr email. If it matches, all the better because I won't regard an unknown email as an unsolicited or Spam mail suddenly showing up, I'm sure you won't appreciate Spam emails either from just about anybody out there on the Net to get into your time and Inbox, right?

So, go ahead and I look forward to your request.

This applies to anyone following this thread addressing the Next Attempt concerning your monies lost somewhere and somehow to BM and PicPay up to the time before he was remanded and eventually imprisoned for Fraud in Malaysia between 2006 and 2010.

I am just back and will soon be updating and confirming those email requests for listing. To many more, who are & also have been set aside on the "HOLD" section, I will be emailing to them (under a collective Bcc mail) with this reminder-notification. See below the quote box.

If you are among them, you can try again but this is your last chance as end of July is drawing close.

Those who have a problem to abide, its their choice and I'll leave them to themselves as we move forward with those who are and can adhere with the basic details required and submitting as expected in the way I request for it.

I'm just back from an overseas holiday and have been receiving all kinds of requests, some are correct, some are insufficient and some are as good as SPAM but I know they are also in dire state and can't think/type straight or properly.

Everyone wanting to get in with this Next Attempt is again treated equally and respectfully. With that said, I expect it mutually too and failing to abide the instructions with your required details both by failing to make the effort in reading what is at least expected of your part, is not heading the helpful way for a request to be considered among many others who took the simple trouble to apply DD and adhering as expected.

If you had NOT done so, even with an informal email as if we were buddies but with insufficient details, you got it badly calculated and may miss this opportunity too to be excluded.

I'm back from vacation and you still have time till end of July to help yourself make it right, so, this is your next chance and DO IT WELL & GOOD!!!

Please READ Post #1 and #2 and I hope you abide correctly should you wish / still consider yourself eligible for the Next Attempt on a Refund Claim together with those who are already on the Claimant's List.

I leave you to decide and await your proper details as a request.

One more thing, if you add / have a PO Box for your address, I suggest you submit a "residential" address, just like the one your Bank have you listed with them. If you insist on claiming, that is not in your case, then attach a copy to me showing a recent Correspondence of whatever nature where your Bank mails you with, at your Postal Office Box address. Otherwise, I won't list you for I don't want to include someone in the list, have them all the way into the process and only later to find, the Lawyers informing me, their screen check with your Bank does not corroborate with what you submitted and wasted MY TIME all these while with your listing. This applies to anyone that the above fits the shoes on this, nothing personal here but I can't keep repeating at every occasional similarity mailed to me that would NOT hold, when verification for a validation gets undertaken at a later stage.


I would know if you took the easy way out and skipped reading the two guiding posts in the above link. Don't make a bad start with me on this, I have enough work to do than to handle, re-reminding individual exchanges with yours for any complacent ignorance shown. Time is now available for me to catch up and if I finally narrow down and identified just who is WHO among you who are in RC membership and requesting to be listed as well as spamming my email with your other promotional programs or activities, when I come round to that, I'll be removing YOU from the List and also sanctioning you on ROLClub as well for a good year... Count ON THAT unless you post an apology on this forum about it. I'm giving you this last chance to come forward and make good.... You have only YOURSELF to blame for the silly conduct.

For those who are uncertain or unaware of how much they handed over to BM / PIPS, and asked me to find out, I DON'T DO that and ROLClub has NO COPIES either as RC Forum is in no way associated with Brian Marsden then or with how PIPS operated and it remains that way, no change. You have to do the research yourself and on your own monies somehow.

I'm the brother of Dusano, and I'm also back from being away from these kind of forums (I had enough) after I got banned some 3 years ago from a few forums like the SI PHP forum (Pingman's forum) after trying quite sucessfully, if I may say so, to reveal the truth behind the Solid Investment fraud.

I personally invested a considerable amount in Pips. And I also signed up and invested my own money, approx. a $1000 per account, to give various family members (that is: my wife's family) an investment opportunity in Pips, I did the same for three good friends of mine in The Netherlands.
Most of us had that pension plan as well. All together some 8 accounts representing a lot of money. So yes, you can count us in!
