Edit: At this moment, given the fact for many disappointed ex-Pipsters returning and feeling they were somehow left out, not by their own doing or unknowingly missed the opportunity, this is an attempt to review what can be achiebed so that the next opportunity gives rise to others to achieve a claim and see a payout eventually.

Firstly, what have you in mind, which includes past methods that were adopted and whether you have an improved version to suggest, whatever.

I am not a lawyer but I am sure that some of us out there can come up with the right sollution. I am also willing to help. Just let me know when you come up with a plan of action.

Have been a member of Rolclub for a long time, kept reading the various postings and updates from time to time, but never responded with any posts myself. Very happy to know that Rolclub will be assisting in a second attempt to recover our investment in PIPS. Have to admit, never imagined this day would come!!!

Yogi is right ... there is strength in numbers, so the more members that join this band wagon, the stronger our claim. Please encourage everyone you know to join in.

Edit: Not to bother on that Mowi, I read you clear and whats important is, if you still wish and want to be in this next attempt and if you consider it worthy to go at it? I cannot answer this for you 2B honest. I want to stay impartial and objective for the goal that many more see crucial for their end and purpose. Let us, me and everyone involved be helpful to each other in getting there someday too.

Great to see old Pipsters coming back. I know getting all our papers together will be a challenge, because amazingly, the day before I received the email, I shredded some papers, thinking there was no hope. I still have correspondence with PicPay office etc, but wonder if this is now viable for me, also the people on my downline that lost all their money too. I would love to see them helped. Edit: Little was done but adequate so far however, more can still be pursued given the desire and breath still left in most, it can be accomplished with the correct patience and spirit shown. What you can try is inform those you still are in touch and invite them to first be part of the growing list and also, if they are unaware of how to go about being in a forum, show and guide them yourself. Perusing the posts is another way to build up confidence in them and abiding DD for themselves which again is their key to staying abreast as we go forward. Satrt it off with signing / registration with ROLClub. - YB.

I strongly advise that YOU read and read, and read whatever it takes to be in depth at what is now developing and while it is now in its few pages, it is easier to catch up but if you arrive at a much advance stage, its NEVER too late however, don't posts on issues already posed and dealt with by me or others helping out with helpful hints and answers.

Read and spent a positive time doing some DD for it will benefit YOU better in the end.

I will now tend to the emails that streamed in and those who had simply followed the request I made, will find their username listed and if you wish to be on it too, please understand and heed the simple instruction. DON'T use that email with all your questions or treat it to chat, thank you. Post them in here so others will get to learn, understand and perhaps be grateful too with points you raised and by any feasible answers by me or others. I started with GoldenWomb, then PureInvestor which was redesigned as PIPS,
Spent a lot of time with little money, some of my money grew up, continuiously
increasing my account, them created account for friends, help others to start
with PIPS, attended the LV convention.

There is a lot mentioned about BM in your posts, but I have not read anything
regarding the others, who in my opinion, were part of the distruction of PIPS,
I am referring to Gary Nichols, it was reported at one point that he died, and
Nichols' son, and some others in the PICPAY office ( faizal ) .

Recall that Gary Nichols started some kind of Art/Sculpture deal, and was
using money ( $50 millions usd ) which he had transferred from PIPS.
and had managed to have the PIPS programmer ( Keith ), main computer brain
for PIPS, to work for Nichols and develop a web site for Nichols.

I also kept track of the trial, helped with Batty expenses, was thankful for Batty
reporting to us tru his RolClub postings. I assumed that many of us were very
happy to read Batty's finding.

On another point which is not mentioned, what ever happened to all the computer
equipments ( server, computers, laptops, files, etc. ) which was seized by
the bank of Nigera, which should contain all the PIPS members information,
records, transactions, and the same for the PICPAY system.

Edit: Thank you for some past information to refresh but the claims to pursue further is and will currently lead only to the source of any monies still out there that leads to Bryan Marsden's name. Hence, it is the focus to pursue this path and not be distracted by others who may have something related or got away with it... lucky for them I guess. As for the inventory confiscated and by now could be assumed destroyed while in possession by the Malaysian Authorities, that is now the dead end for any further investigation. - YB.

It has been a long time since I have been on this site. Not only do I not remember what I put in (or if I did), but my husband who I believe did has passed away. If there is any money that we did put in I definitely would like to retrieve it. So what now?????

Edit: You need to first find whatever you can that may show physical proof of your monies made over to BM and perhaps the Bank that was used to transfer it. - YB.

Edit: Whoaaahhh.... all in good time and I can understand your need to rush this but that's to be worked in good time , so not to worry on this. Its more complex than meets the eye despite it was well undertaken with the 1st successful attempt, improvements are sought for on this next claim. Have you heeded your part of the instructions to have you listed?
