Justice would be for all pips members to get their money back, short of that, I see no justice.

Then I doubt you'll see any justice.

Remember what's on trial isn't actually the Pips system, but more to do with illegal movement of funds between Pips and Bryan's personal accounts - at least to my understanding.

Therefore we may not see the "inner workings" of Pips discussed (it will depend on how the prosecutor runs his case I suppose), but we should still see some nice jail time for him.

It's going to be interesting though, no doubt about that!

Like Nej had earlier reiterated, "justice" is not the key answer with this upcoming trial...on the contrary and rather or too early, to expect this outcome as I view it, esp. at this early stage...Yes, it is still an early stage for the Marsdens in particular unless he decides to spill it all and hand in both their towels for a plea bargain and accept whatever the maximum the Judge will impose to wrap it up sooner than anticipated.

With regards to justice again being served and in seeing all monies returned, we can only hope the dept involved overseeing the impounded sum be regulated somehow and heading back/disbursed to "everyone" as listed...we can only hope for that to take place in a distant future.... all subject to the willingness of the Malaysian Justice apparatus.

My pc crashed again! Lucky losses was minimal in terms of files but I spent the whole evening trying to get it back online.

Yes, I am waiting anxiously to go and see what lies in court. Thanks to the member's who contributed to the fund, Admin and Yogi who work tirelessly to secure my accomodation.

Here is a brief update of the situation in Malaysia.

Courts - There is a new Chief Justice. The high profile murder case of the mongolian woman resumed today. Backlog cases abound and allegations of judges not handling cases properly. 37 charges against politician dropped!

Bus - Nearly 10 fatal crashes in the last month! The worst took 21 lives. Almost 80% of the people in the bus. The type of bus I ride to get to Seremban!!!! I think I count myself lucky to be alive. I swore not to take XYZ bus and its a good thing I did. Now the police are under pressure to catch these bus drivers. Some even had outstanding warrants, took ***** and summons a mile long. Now the bus drivers have gone into hiding or in protest. Bus service sporadic.

Me - I am generally ok. Feel abit of flu coming on. But I am looking forward to go. I will prepare some cooling herbal tea for the trip there. Had to put some of my work aside, I will have to payback when I get home. My family will have to cope without me for a few days.

PIPS trial, I hope there are no surprises. 2 years is enough. Looking forward to opening of can of worms. I will report in as soon as I get the news. Admin and yogi will fill you all in.

Pictures - I will purchase a disposable camera tommorow and send the developed photos once I get them deveoped.

Lastly, I hope to get there and back safely.
