Wrong.
have a good look inside this forum folder, and you shall find all information you seek. All transfers from members are kept totally unhidden and transparent, and a list of members is clearly posted for all to see with what ever sum they have contributed. Yogi is taking care of the list and economy of this fund.
Next - It's not so easy to determine what our budget for the fact finding funds should be when we do not know how many more of these trial's there will be. There were several hearing's where our moderator thebat$ was sent. An estimated cost for his 1 trip: 800km t/r trip to the court, eating, hotel living exspenses, other smaller estimates have been around $250-$400 a DAY!
All has been posted under each update, clearly. You will just have to look closer my friend to find the facts. Nothing is hidden. This fund has been kept totally transparent since the start, and we intend to keep it this way. Nobody will make 1cent of this fact finding fund.. Its spent only on thebat$ trips to get us the needed updates and nothing else....

I read a lot on here and have never seen a budget to cover the trial.
All I'm saying is, if it was more objective driven, it would lead to more donations.

I see your point.
Here are the objectives I set for myself.
1. Keep members informed
2. Attend trial (I will try to describe and take notes)
3. Perhaps dig up new info
4. Get some photos (my digicam has spoiled, I would have to rely on disposable one)
5. Get new dates (I don't mean girls!!) for trial.
It's a hassle for me personally to go, as I am not exactly well. (not complaining) I know its not for profit! Heck if I get sick coming back, I foot my own medical bills.
Just a little over a week, hope to bring back some fresh news. Thanks to all contributors, Admin and Yogi that are supporting this cause to get FACTS.
Cheers.

Hello Admin:
I've not been following this case for a while, out of curiosity, where is the trial to be held? Which part of Malaysia? Are the courts still in Serembem? Are the expenses in US$ or ringgit? Funds can only be sent through egold?
Hope this will end soon.Keep it up.
