Let's say Picpay comes back the same as before and withdrawals start moving again, being the" kind humanitarian" that Billy is, do you think he will give everyone a $100 refund back into their picpay account? It will be interresting to see what transpires!!

Yes when Pig's fly, I paid my $100 long before there were problems with withdrawals and I would expect that he received the money and now he wants me to Pay $10 a month or more yet to become a founding member, I don't think so. First of all I personally beleive that his Income Deversification projects are for his Own benefit and a select Few. With all of his neg post about Pip's (Hope for the Best, But prepare for the Worst) meaning Join my agenda. That is they way I took those statements and they were in every post he made about Pip's. And why would Bryan call him personally and let him know what is going on? I don't beleive he ever received a phone call from Bryan. I beleive Bryan will let everyone know what has transpired when the Main site comes up by listing in the New's section.

Looks like BTI will be dead in the water soon. It's ONLY draw was that Gary N. often updated the forum. Billy has no track record on picking investment let alone one that is worth paying for

I understand some people might have payed with payapl but the money was all going into picpay to be used as an on going source of income for pips-usa. Let's not pretend to know the percentages of who payed how but the concept was the same.

Lifetime membership = picpay up and withdrawls being paid.

No more no less.

I truly hope that Bryan can come through all this because only then with the witch hunts stop.

While I can agree on some things here I don't on the $100 that people paid with paypal.

If the money was invested unwisely I can't take the blame for it. I would at least like to get my 1 year out of that $100.00. I think that would have been the right thing for Billy to do.

I will pay the $10.00 a month for now but that could change depending upon wher BTI goes.

Now I know why there are so many millionaires in USA.

Why would anyone think , when the platform that was to finance pips usa / BTI went down with the pips investment , they would get a FREE RIDE ,,, i guess it is the same mentality that brought all of us to pips in the fisrt place SOMETHING FOR NOTHING !!! I repaid my dues and went on about my business ,,, for all that think Billy is getting rich from your dues ,,, then i hope you don't pay ,,, i am not thrilled to be assoiated with you !!! First of all, you don't have to shout, we can hear you. We are trying to keep this as civilized as possible. You must not have read some of the posts properly. Maybe I can explain:

- Pips-USA was considered already expensive by many when they charged a $100 lifetime contribution
- It is not important to the members where the management decided to invest the money. Just imagine that the management of any company, group or club uses that as an excuse to make you pay again!
- Now not all dues were paid through picpay and most of it was collected before there was a problem with withdrawals. Billy did say as much. This would have me conclude that before, when the withdrawals did work, the money was collected and not invested in a Pips account.
- now let us look at some figures. There were appr. 3000 members in Pips-USA. Of those around 500 membership dues were stuck in picpay when it stopped paying out. Therefore 2500 x $100 = $250.000 was collected. Please explain to me what was all done with that money?
- Now Pips-USA decided to change its name to BTI. Why? Because mangement decided not to use the name Pips anymore. Although others kept using it (see Pips Australia), they followed the advise of Gary. So be it.
- Now BTI management decides that the $250.000 is not enough to run a website with a forum. I agree, there is a lot of work being done by the moderators in the forum, but, as far as we know, these people are not paid for what they do. Agreed, Billy did travel to Panama and other places. All for the benefit of the membership. He also talked to other people about diversification, medical care etc etc. So he is entitled to expenses. How much do you think is reasonable?
- Next step: management has decided that they do not have enough money to cover the cost of the forum and all the traveling and talking expenses. So they decide that the lifetime membership can safely be dished and the members now get charged a monthly fee of $10 per month.
- Lets look at the figures again. 3000 Members x $10 = $30.000 per month, each and every month!!
- now you say that they they deserve to get paid for what they do ..... I agree with that. But how much should they get paid? And for what?
- BTI management is getting paid by the fact that they will get referrals for the programs they have suggested. These programs were suggested as diversification of the members after many, many month of due diligence. No discussion here, let's assume that they did. Now we would think that these programs are good for all members and everyone should benefit equaly? Ai, now we have a little problem. BTI (read management) had to subscribe first and then everyone else would get a url to use. Sorry, few mistakes and a few days later ........ indeed the members can now hope to get somewhat of a downline as well. The members who were already subscribed to the particular program are not allowed to be involved in any rotator set up by BTI. Why not? They have paid their dues as well. Seems rather odd considering that all this is being done to help all members, not just a happy few.
- Pips-USA was set up as an association of Pips members who got together to help and support each other
- BTI seems to be set up to support a few

Let me finish by saying that nobody here wanted something for nothing! We all paid our lifetime membership and we expect to get value for our money. If you repaid your dues then that is your perogative, but don't put others down for demanding justice.

If you do not want to be associated with us, then that is your choice as well. Nobody has to be here, nobody is forced to be in BTI. On the contrary, we're all being forced out!

I have not been on anybody's *** as you say but I did pay for a lifetime membership and it wasn't with PICPAY it was with real money that I know was deposited as it came out of my personal bank account. I work hard for my money and if someone says something that I might add was also in writing, they should honor their word as well as the written contract that was involved. It was stated it was a lifetime membership and it should be honored as such. I am not badmouthing anyone and I have written IB the same.

This seems to be concise and to the point.
Billy is definately in this thing for himself.
And lets not forget that he claims to get most of his information
from Gary and Rex and Warren. Two of which have started there own
company backed by 10M in assets. I personally saw the power point
presentation, and I can see clearly the agenda behind what
is going on!
