I'd like to share yet again, the kind of great members among you that are super when coming to support while others have only negativity that is rather ironic to say the least when they only aired disdain for all your support to see an initiative succeed for the better of all served by the fact finding mission ROLClub initiated.

I have donated $$s. I am on the C list #.... Just was wondering if this was a money making account? It seem's like this is somekind of fund for a trial case? Thought it was a money making venture.

Thank you for the support and all donations are welcome indeed for we do not know just how long this trial will drag on and to what extent it will lead us to in keeping track on the trial of the Marsdens...we are fortunate that this is not held in the USA...or the funds just won't be enough...

This fund is like a cookie jar among us all trying to squeeze out whatever we can help to support it and this initiative would NEVER be borne if not for the resolute stance we took in staying the course as opposed to the earlier threats Bryan also made to get us off the net!!! Is that a joke right??, well, only his band of cheerleaders who still are adamant think otherwise, but that is not the issue concerning this fund drive.

This is self help and we are accomplished to see it happening...without dependence on professional quarters like most would resort to...

Your donation among many others IS THE CORNERSTONE of this success... and there is no room here to make money from... just consider what you need to pay for a trip and the time of at least 6 hours of Greyhound coach across America, overnight stay at a lodge that probably is not close to the court premises and whatever valuable time that is charged by the hour for such a task on a daily pace... the current amount we have is carefully spent to minimize unnecessary spending and that means, it can be a toll on theBat$'s health and condition to compromise with such sacrifices....


Your concerns are genuine and you now sound as one totally unrelated to the saga or tragedy suffered by thousands having lost lots of $$$$s to the person now in custody awaiting trial... yet, you showed solidarity and we cannot thank you enough on your gesture and support shown.

Thank You Doctor Ray. There are several more people attempting to undermine the positive members here in RolClub. I have given them a general warning to stop the bickering,and atempted Bashing. Most of those people were complaining on RR's Posts, and threads. If this continues i will request for YOU, or YOGI to handle them. Thanks again for being on here, and helping out. They are not out on bail. Their latest request for a bail reduction was denied, as reported by TheBat$. Their trial is now scheduled and I doubt any further bail reduction hearings will be entertained.

If you are interested in further news, please consider making a small donation to the fund.

It has come to my attention, that several participating members, and speaking /feeling strongly on behalf of many more, would like to see the participating followers gets their worth and by this, I believe I can understand what the underlying hint is being considered here.

I shall let Moderator Nej to conduct/create a poll before we decide a concrete step to cater those concerns and/wishes designed to serve participating members with a serious interest on the fact-finding pursuit leading to the Trial of the Marsdens.
