I really liked your report. It told me more than you can imagine. Isn't it interesting that you were asked if you thought BM was guilty, I liked your answer. (Good One) I still believe that there is no solid evidence against BM and SM. The officials you spoke to led me to believe that again by thier answers and questions.

I did not finish my statement and hit the wrong key. OOOPS! I have learned after over 30 years of court work the body language, the questions by employees and what is said and not said can give one a lot of direction regarding a cause of action. Note: They only bring BM and SM out for bail hearings. Why doesn't Bryan bite for that?? Its Bryans lawyer petitioning the court or is the prosecution petitioning the court. BM and Sharon need to fire their attorney and hire you. They would be out by now if they had. Suggest you contact them and let them know how bad of a job their attorney is doing. I am sure they would appreciate your being able to get them out of jail and all charges dismissed.

Just thought I'd make it clear.

In the interest of all members concerned, I gave a cautious answer. A wrong answer could be detrimental or create bias in the court personnel you speak of. They are in no position to comment about the case and my report was just merely to point out the additional info they relayed as well as get the nitty gritty of the proceeding. No I don't think they are any indication of guilt or innocence. For that, I tried talking to the DPP but he was SCARY. He gave a look that said "GO AWAY.... before I decide to do something." So I did.

Bat$ - your answer was correct. It seems we have paralegals and those with years of US court experience who seem to think that they know how the case should be handled. However, I do notice that they are taking no positive action - merely sniping at you. Ignore them - you're doing just fine.
