From the boring start to the interesting way this time round, the way the trial is now approached with a standard that is now reaching a proper level, both in cross examination and defense arguments... and I can safely add... this will be a long and interesting case after all... Focus is also on where and how the money is stashed aside and who is behind it.... its getting intriguing but we are far from anywhere close to the truth... the WHOLE TRUTH... and hopefully, nothing but the truth so help us with the Funds to see it through...


Batty had a good and adequate rest fortunately and he most likely may have to miss his flight if the cross examination is to be drawn out longer today as anticipated. The Judge is posing to be a no-nonsense person and Defense is still faced pitted with odds but is proving resilience as well from loopholes discovered... It began around 08:45 and with two recesses, lasted till over 16:15... just on the Marsdens and its far from over.... due to the volumes of documents now presented.

Hence, we are in for a long haul... count on this too!!!

Please anticipate, we need a good sum of close to $4-$5,000 easily... so I hope, this would give you a clear indication what we are to expect.... and if you want to share the feedbacks with those who rather depend on you to donate... its up to you.
