For all those keeping track on this Donation development and obviously for the Trial feedbacks from Batty, our thanks first goes to the generous spontaneous donations received thus far... We are still not close to the initial target as yet... i.e. $750.

Which is barely adequate for the next trial date coming on next week as well and the current one, which is separate to the BN trial will be a looooong trial to be expected.

I,m sure every ex member of PIPs would really like to see
the final chapter in this drawn out saga reach a head nodding
conclusion of, ""yep I knew it would end this way" no matter
which camp one has a foot in. I,m surprised Owen is not there
in person since one book can always support a sequel if there is
an interest. Behaps Batty can do a deal?
Good to see many members coming forward to support our man.

Based on yesterdays hearings and cross examination.... the Marsdens may not wish any more "bloopers" heading down his way from his side of defense which went slightly off the kerb (tongue-in-cheek) by his own lawyers despite their competent performance, so Owen may not need to bother adding water into the boiling cauldron of oil!!!

Yes, this case would certainly see contentious issues raised and we are nowhere near that melting point as yet... and it may be a long drawn fought out "nooo, its them, NOT me that is all responsible" scenario....!!!

We need your donations... target for the moment, close to $5000 for many more court appearances to come now that the ball is in the court!!! This again, is to be understood, as a low-budget approach.
Please DO NOT fascinate yourself with this being a high profile gathering of information which only a professional level would achieve. Not for this amount, like some members are assuming and expecting and not even helping to donate but instead omit plenty of hot-air proposals that remains out of context & perspectives.

As for the details... its ready when Batty is ready with his summary on just this court trial of this week alone....
