Thank you "Yogi Bear" for arranging with "Batt" to sit in on the Court Proceedings in KL and relay to us the news regarding the final outcome on this sad state of affairs, for all the "Pipsters" who took the plunge to invest with Bryan Marsden's "PIPS" Investment Program.We are all very interested to see what the outcome will be at the end of the day. Hopefully Brian and his wife can prove no real wrong doing ( Apart from the so called "Money Laundering" charges) and be seen to be innocent of any and all wrong doing and again hopefully, at the end of the day (Again) all the Investors involved may get to see at least some of their "accumulated" funds back. I trust that thought will not prove to be far too optimistic.Thank again for all your your efforts along the way. I do appreciate what you have done to try to keep us informed. I have sent you $5 by Pay Pal towards the costs involved for Batt to so kindly take the trouble to keep us informed of the proceedings in KL.

Hi Barbra, you are quoting outdated information that does not apply anymore. Yes, its there for the records but we have come a long way since with updates and upgrades and you dug up old posts to quote that is not applicable anymore.
