I'm back and still a little blurry-eyed.. it was a long drive thru the night and I was held up late at the Austrian border... but it was alright from there on when I managed to beef up the turbos across the Autobahn and watched over and over my favorite DvD on Celine Dion's "A New Day" featuring her and some very good compilation on her Vegas shows. Get hold of it if you can... She's a beauty and a jewel to watch & hear her sing!

Thank you and for all those that responded with a donation and adding support to what ROLClub is doing... some are still suspicious of what our motives are and just how are we related to the Marsdens...

Well, whatever those crappy thoughts continue to adhere... one just cannot stop you thinking nor perceiving that weird way can we??

Its YOUR choice to stay utterly at odds and beyond conciliation for what we are trying to do and since ROLClub was created, there was NEVER a moment that RC has anything to do with Bryan Marsden with the exception of convincing him that this Forum is the only other platform to echo the concerns when he started restricting the PIPS Forum then which eventually went to complete "Shut Down" which we all learnt later had the hallmarks & obvious reasons behind it... which then again...led to where he is now in... and while we can still speculate on his (mis)deeds or innocence, one thing for sure is, he is still detained and awaiting trial.

Not because we or whoever wants to put him and his wife in there, ROLClub and any of you are in no position to exercise that authority even if you had good enough reasons to suggest it... it is due to the Law of the country where the Marsdens are registered and resides in, that decided beyond further speculation & reasonable doubt, that a trial against them is warranted and this is what we are all interested in... WHAT and WHY and just HOW it all led to his detention which may lead to imprisonment once convicted.

Let me have another hour or two to list our supporting members who donated their generous sum so Batty can be rightfully compensated for his trips and time he will next undertake on all of our behalf to follow up with the trial.

Please bear in mind that your reservations, whatever it may be, is best interpreted by how you felt and leaving no prejudice of the nature the whole PIPS saga is and has turn out to become... it is sad and undeserving but this has happened and we all, including you, were part or fully a victim or as a benefactor to some extent, was a worthy Investor once and made good gains from it.

You don't have to be a despised cheerleader or an anti-Christ sort of a person to show compassion, first to those that were badly affected and from those who were on the other hand, duped as well, that had incredibly humbled themselves to wanting a reason on the outcome of it all... ALL ex-PIPSters have a say and reason to deserve a view of the outcome of the trial.

Donating doesn't segregate or appraise you a little more than another, both sides have a common cause to know the shared outcome.

I have confirmed that the trial dates are Aug 4,6,7 2008 but it can still be changed 1 week prior to trial. I have hold on to booking anything yet until the last moment.

I interpret this as a sign that the Seremban trial will proceed as BM's lawyer should be free since the murder case will be carried over to next year.
