Obviously he doesnt because I distinctly remember BM saying that the new bank will NOT process WD's for some time after it is up and running.

I think everyone who has a pending wt should cancel their wd's for the time being as it appears Picpay will be shut down, and a new payment gateway will be put in its place,as the banking community doesn't like Picpay for some reason. But I'm only "speculating".
I believe this would be a huge step forward in the larger scheme of things.

Roshenco is right, there is enough money and the problems are with the banks right now. It's everyone's right to believe what they'd like to believe but look at the fact that we're still here talking about it.
Bryan isn't going anywhere, had he made the decision to ditch PIPS that would have been done a long time ago. The problem isn't that there is no money, it's the fact that there is so much money all going from one or a few business accounts to hundreds of thousands of individual accounts all over the world.
To the banking industry this looks like money laundering. I'm sure this is being straigthend out right now albeit it's very time consuming but in the end, the program would have solved this problem and won't have to deal with it in the future.
Putting a band-aid on a broken leg does nothing, the broken leg must be set right before the healing process can begin. Bryan's setting everything right, the healing has already begun and what was broken is now being completely fixed.

The new platform will handle all W/T's and W/D's the reason why PicPay is probably being dissolved.
Who says the new payment platform is through the new bank in Cambodia? Maybe it is, just maybe it isn't.

Are you sure those are the "real" reasons? Merchant w/d's were pulled to make way for the new platform.
PIPS has the funds, resolving banking issues regarding sending money from one or a few business accounts to hundreds of thousands individual accounts was the main issue.
Dissovling PicPay and restructuring the payment platform is a necessary must for PIPS in the long-run.

If they are resturcturing a payment plat form
If they are truely restructuring a payment platform why don't they stop all transactions from PIP's to PICPAY. What is the point to allow withdrawals to a platform that is being restructured. At least if this is true.
Champ: how can you be so sure about what your telling everyone. Do you make phone calls to Bryan and he tells you things.
Honestly, I do not know what to think anymore.

Well, just to be sure,I've re-transfered all my funds from Picpay back to my PIPS acct.,just to be on the safe side.
If and when they shut down Picpay,I don't want all those funds to be "lost" or something.Maybe all should consider this.
