There continues to be all sorts of b/s been posted in various forums claiming that Pips is a scam, ponzi, fraudelent, Bryan's run off with all the money, there is no money, embezlement. U name it, it's been posted.

The problem is that there r still lots of wires remaining "status pending" in Picpay and the only way to get that into ur banks at this time is the philipinnes bank. That bank cannot cope with the demands placed on it cos they r still doing wires from Dec 04.

At the moment, and until the new licence is issued for the new bank those wires will "remain" at pending because there is no other means available.

Bryan is in a no win situation, there r loads of wires still pending and no means (at the moment) of getting it to ur bank.

In the meantime he can do nothing until the new licence is issued. So for the moment everyone should continue to shout & complain etc, it won't make any difference cos he can't do anything till the new licence is issued.

How do you know this

Do you really think with so much money, alegedlly tied up with banks, that we can expect our money?
Ihope we can but it is looking doubtfull.

Is it not easy enough to work out?. The facts speak for themselves.

Arguement, "Theres no money", not true, mortgage payments been made and wires received.

Arguement, "Fraud, Bryan's run off with the money", not true, Bryan is still there.

Arguement, "noone has been paid", not true. members have received payments.

Arguement, "they r 8 months behind on wires", True, reason is the Philipinnes bank cannnot cope with the bulk of pending wires. presently only Dec wires sent out.

If there was an alternative means of processing wires at this time it would have already been used.

Ergo they await the issue of the new licence.

why since early May 05 when Bryan decided to use alternative platforms (VAT) there is no platform in use as for now August 8th?

I wasn't talking about alternatives to VAT & card withdrawels, I was talking about alternatives (other than the Philipinnes bank) to process wires. Thats the purpose of the new Cambodian bank.

What about the part where Bryan specifically said that that was not the purpose of the new bank?

The fact that he’s sending out mortgage and some WT’s once in a while it’s not an indication that there are enough money (millions or maybe billions) required to pay all the outstanding withdrawal requests.

Roshenco knows exactly what he is talking about since he can think things through... and he pays attention to all the posts of BM and others!
