That is almost always true in criminal charge cases and almost "Universary" adopted strategy by the criminal investigators in any countries whenever they failed to find hard evidences of the crimes they are "so desperately" looking for. In Japan, the charges for minor " violation" of Foreign Curency Exchange Law were used to be "usual" tactics employed by those "Judicial Crooks" whenever they failed to come up " evidences for more serious criminal charges Within a Prescribed Time Frame of Investigation.

you want to know what the biggest pyrimad scheme is?...CAPITALISM!~!

where at the apex you have the wealthy and rich...but at the bottom you have the poor and the workers....capitalism thrives off of poverty....without it capitalism would crumble from the bottom up..as who would work for who?....anytime something like pips comes along to try to change the shape of that pyrimad to were it starts to look like a square or top heavy...then problems like this occur....

let the rich be rich and let the poor know thier place.....acutaly im not anti capitalism...somebody has to be the bottom workers..but what one must ask is....do YOU want to be one of them?....i think that Pips wouldnt have been attacked as much as it did if BM would have stopped accepting new members and just said "ok only 200,000 or so new millionares are comming into the world"...the worlds economy can handle that many..but for an unlimited amount to come in as millionares....that can cause problems..problems of cataclysmic economic proportions.....so in that regards i do have some empathy for the people like those in TG ..Owen and offshore...i at least understand thier agenda

To me as an investor, one important issue is at my forehead before I invest,....is this an attractive investment, what are the risks and what are the rewards?

I did my DD before I invested; a rather small amount in PIPS since this was my first and hopefully my last HYIP investment!

CONCLUSION: PIPS was an extremely high risk investment, MOST LIKELY a scam!

WHY?.....I contacted at least 10 persons, wrote several emails to the people and management (including Bryan) that were promoting PIPS, and I questioned several statements that appeared on the official PIPS web-pages.

I questioned the guarantees and the golden reserves that was supposed to back up members investments (including documentation or certificates)!...I questioned the safety of picpay deposits, and the safety of the available funds accounts?
I got ZERO response!.....and to me that proved that PIPS was not trustworthy. I decided to warn the members on the PIPS forum, and you can only guess what kind of warnings and bad mouthing I received from the cheerleaders!

Anyway, my own gut-feeling and conclusion was that PIPS was a BIG-TIME scam and that thousands of members were believed to think that PIPS was a safe investment. I saw and believed that too many members lost their hard-earned savings,...and some even lost all their savings thanks to this cult-behavour Marsden psychosis!

I am not a judge, nor will I TODAY give the Marsdens my verdict,....but I must admit that from what I at the time I invested in PIPS already knew, experienced and later learned after the collapse of PIPS,...it certainly does not look like Bryan is going to have a bright future!!

Lets address your pc, do you have a firewall? If not, get one installed or use the one that comes with Windows XP if you are using it. Next get a NO ADWARE program and SPYBOT SD from Free Software Downloads and Software Reviews - Download.com. Both simple and excellent to use. To sweep your computer for trojan and other nasties. Just don't assume someone from Rolclub is out to get you.

In my country, there have been many precedents of this so called "get rich quick scheme" until the goverment came out with an act to counter this. Getting on to your question on the charges brought up againts BM. According to what I read and understand from the papers.


1. Money Laundering specifically illegal deposit taking. (41 charges each)

2. Receiving or moving monies from said activities into their personal accounts. (7 charges each)

3. Illegal deposit taking online (7 charges)


These are the charges brought up againts them. I have stated before, the Malaysian Justice System is not bias or a plot by some to conspire to keep us all poor. There is no grand agenda. His so called promises and updates were intentionally misleading or outright lies. He decieved us (10x5). That speak volumes for me.

But let him be found not guilty if he is truly not and vice versa.

it has all been said before but why would a guy with 11 or 12m r live in a single room for months? I would like to know where that fancy lawyer went and why everything crashed after he came on the scene and, I would also like to know where the USA Banking system is in this little steal.. It smells like a USA game and a chance to steal the money by those using the law as a tool.

Sure, it not that Bryan may actually be a ponzi guy, a crook, a scam artist who happened to get caught when the money ran out..

Well, the fact is we've all been round & round on this issue for such a long time, and it's not likely we'll come up with any new arguments or discussion lines until we get news of the progress and results of the trial. In the mean time, the way I see it--in respect of the old adage "Where there is smoke, there is fire," Bryan and his wife have the burden of trying to explain where all the smoke came from, and all we can do is watch until the "smoke" clears.
