    Unhappy Bryan John Marsden

    Bryan John Marsden
been slapped with more similar charges.

LEGAL ADVICE: Marsden discussing his case with his lawyer outside the Sessions Court in Seremban yesterday as Phan (behind) covers her face.
British national Bryan John Marsden, 58, and his Malaysian wife Phan Sew Ken, 50, were accused of a further seven counts of money laundering at the Session Court here yesterday.
They allegedly received money that were proceeds of unlawful activities between Jan 4 and June 14 last year.
The transactions, amounting to US$3,100,799.33 (RM11.45mil), were said to have been done through their company Pic Pay Dot Com Sdn Bhd's account with EON Bank Group in Nilai, Negri Sembilan.
Marsden was charged with committing two more counts of the offence involving RM106,000 through his personal account with the same bank on Jan 28 and Feb 20, 2004.
The couple were charged separately under the Anti-Money Laundering Act before Sessions Court judge Allaudeen Ismail.
The couple claimed trial to all charges.
To date, Marsden has claimed trial to a total 57 charges involving nearly RM46mil while Phan has 48 charges against her involving more than RM38mil.
This is the country’s first online money laundering case investigated by Bank Negara.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Muhammad Saifuddin Hashim Musaimi proposed that bail be set at RM500,000 with two Malaysian sureties for each of them.
However, their lawyers appealed for a lower amount.
Justice Allaudeen Ismail demanded for a written application to be submitted to the court and fixed Oct 10 for mention.
On Aug 30, the couple were charged with 41 counts of money laundering, involving more than RM26mil, at a Sessions Court here.
Later that day, Marsden was slapped with an additional seven charges involving RM7.5mil at a Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court.

    More sorry news:
A special letter to the PIPS family:

One year ago, on the morning of June 11, 2004 I was born into the family of PIPS! That afternoon my cousin Bob made his entrance into the world of PIPS also. Together we began the journey in faith but not without some apprehension and uneasiness about this new venture. In the beginning it sounded too good to be true but after a two month investigation I had accumulated strong evidence that PIPS was for real and contrary to popular belief, was not a scam or ponzi scheme. At the time we entered the program, one could do so using a 3 month payment plan, which is no longer available. Bob took his electric bill money and joined PIPS. I barely scrapped mine together. We were excited that we took the step and became PIPS members.

Even before joining, there were those who strongly predicted the demise of PIPS. But the longer I was in PIPS the more I learned and understood and the stronger my belief became that PIPS was for real and would have a substantial longevity. Every time there was a bump in the road, those predicting the demise of PIPS, would seize the moment and try to capitalize on it to strengthen their theory. I say theory because that is all it was. They took elements of truth and twisted it to prove their theory. There were those who supposedly had inside information that PIPS was closing down and would not make it to Thanksgiving last year. But when Thanksgiving came and PIPS was still around, the prediction then moved to Christmas. Then there were the claims that Bryan Marsden was wanted by Interpol and would be arrested when got to Europe on his world tour. Bryan&#8217s response to that post was somewhat humorous. To the person who made the post he sent his European itinerary and asked him to be sure to give it to Interpol so they would know where to find him!

Next, January became the focus, but when that came and went, the target was the Hawaiian convention. Again the rumors flooded the forum, from Bryan being arrested to the closing of PIPS prier to the convention commencing. All these rumors and innuendos proved to be false. Then there was the fury of criticism as a result of wire transfers not going out. The claim that was perpetuated around the world was that PIPS had run out of money! Again, a false assumption. Money was not the issue, rather it was the banks. Suddenly they limited the number of wire transfers they were willing to do for PIPS. This took place, starting in December. This created a huge backlog. For months Bryan has been working to resolve this issue by opening up a number of new withdrawal platforms. We will see this issue resolved in the very near future. In fact, it has already begun. PIPS is financially secure but only time will prove to the naysayers just how WRONG they have been.

Of course the highlight of this past year was meeting Bryan on 3 occasions: Once in St. Louis, Mo in October, then Orlando in November, then Hawaii this past March. I had the opportunity to sit and talk with Bryan, one on one, while he was in Orlando. He shared his story with me how he came from a poverty background and how he saw the richer getting richer off the backs of the poorer. Through the years this greatly bothered him. He wanted to level the playing field. This resulted in designing a program where the average person, who could not experience financial freedom on their own, could do so with very little financial input. For two years Bryan researched avenues of opportunity, and then locked himself up in his home for six months while putting his model together. Bryan told me, there were 3 things he wanted PIPS to do for people. 1. When people heard about PIPS, he wanted it to give them hope: 2. He then wanted people to dream: 3. He wanted PIPS to fulfill those dreams. He traveled the world for many months meeting members. I asked him why he was dong this and he said, &#8220I want the members to know what they have in PIPS because many do not&#8221. Bryan would start off the meetings by asking, &#8220How many here think PIPS is a ponzi scheme?&#8221 If there were any present, they were all believers in the legitimacy of PIPS by the conclusion of his presentation. The meetings were truly member oriented. There was no recruiting; there was NEVER any mention of money in regard to putting more in. His purpose was simple; he wanted to bring understanding to the members.

It is so easy for people who look at PIPS to conclude it is a scam. It does sound too good to be true and there is nothing in this world to compare it with, except scams and ponzi schemes! I have had friends and family I shared PIPS with say &#8220it won&#8217t last&#8221 and they wanted no part of it. I had to learn that PIPS was not for everyone! I am now very selective who I talk to about PIPS. I am now retired with PIPS and all those who laughed at me are still working! Now, I am laughing all the way to the bank!!

What is interesting to me is how someone can conclude that PIPS is a scam without doing proper Due Diligence. What really gives me a good laugh is how they respond when I ask how they did there Due Diligence to conclude PIPS was a scam. They say, &#8220I searched the web!&#8221 It took me months and many hours of research before I could draw a definitive conclusion. I wanted answers based on fact rather than on assumptions hearsay, or other&#8217s opinions, etc. I studied the PIPS model, inside and out. I discovered that Bryan&#8217s business plan was truly brilliant and the way it was designed, PIPS would have no problem paying the 2% daily for years to come. I think most PIPS members understand that in due time, Bryan will need to make some kind of adjustment to the 2% per day plan (perhaps years down the road). This is why, I believe, he has a 5 year and 10 year and even a 25 year business plan so as to guarantee the longevity of the program. People often get hung up on the PIPS simulator thinking the 2% per day program is forever therefore PIPS has to be a scam.

PIPS has a membership base now of over 225,000 from 72 countries. Bryan has a good relationship with many countries around the world and it is not uncommon for him to entertain visits from the SEC of Malaysia. If PIPS was a scam, the company would have been closed down a long time ago!

During this past year I have seen many attempts to discredit PIPS. I have seen how people have twisted the truth into a lie. There are entire web sites devoted to spreading miss information, calling venders hoping to drive a wedge between them and PIPS. Also, I have seen numerous attempts to spread false information with the hope the authorities would close PIPS down. One such individual sent letters of complaint to every State in the US claiming PIPS was selling securities and members were marketing this program. This resulted in two responses, one from the State of Texas and one from Alaska. What effect did this have on PIPS? NONE! It did cause a lot of anxiety in members who did not know the truth. PIPS does NOT sell securities and the company has made it very clear that there is to be NO marketing of PIPS, anywhere, in any country and NO web sites promoting PIPS.

PIPS is a simple plan where a person loans the company money, they take it and invest it and pay the member interest which can be re-loaned and compounded. People get nervous regarding how the company can pay out such interest. I know for a fact that PIPS makes a whole lot more on our money we loan than the 2% we receive. Simply put, the 2% we receive is very small compared to what the company makes. Conclusion? As long as the company makes huge amounts of profit on our loans, the 2% can continue to be paid out, even compounded! There is a lot more to PIPS than what one sees on the surface. There is a lot of income generated from the 11 companies in the PIPS portfolio but there is even greater income being generated from other sources that is not in the public eye or visible to the members. The reason I have such faith and unmovable confidence in the longevity of PIPS is because I have studied the PIPS model and know a lot of what is going on behind the scenes.

I am sure we have some challenges ahead but the company is in good hands. Bryan has come through for us time and time again. I know it has been disheartening for him when people twist the truth into a lie and jump on every word he says for the purpose of discrediting him. All one has to do is a search on PIPS on the web to see the magnitude of false and inaccurate information being disseminated around the world. BUT I AM HERE TO TELL YOU, THE TRUTH WILL PREVAIL!!! I have no interest in challenging the naysayers because they are NOT interested in the truth.

Those that catch the dream will be blessed beyond measure and those who walk away will turn their back on the most life changing opportunity they will see in their life time! Regrets are no fun to live with and in time, many who walked away, will have them!

As a member, I am on a journey of a life time! And so are you!!

PS: Bryan, if you read this, I want you to know that I am in contact with hundreds of members. They want you to know you have their utmost respect and confidence. Many have sent emails to me lately asking me to let you know that you are appreciated more than words could express and that they pray for you daily.

I would say what posted is what most pioneers have experienced to this day. The sailing along with pips through waves n tides.

As for Bryan's post, please do not take it as a religion issue but exactly for business sense wise. PIPS Premiere is currently working on The Animated Kid's Bible. As it progress, we may get to see some Super Heroes Figures.

Anyone like to join in Xmas collection for Sharon & Bryan John ?
    Thanks

Thanks BIRDMAN for your comments. We joined Pips not for religious reasons but in the belief that Bryan had a good investment system with humanitarian aspirations. We do not believe in miracles but will accept one if it happens.

    isnt this interesting.....

even in the news article it says and i qoute

"British national Bryan John Marsden, 58, and his Malaysian wife Phan Sew Ken, 50, were accused of a further seven counts of money laundering at the Session Court here yesterday.
They allegedly received money that were proceeds of unlawful activities between Jan 4 and June 14 last year. "

    did you get that?

"They allegedly received money that were proceeds of unlawful activities between Jan 4 and June 14 last year."

BM recieved money that was the proceeds of unlawful activities..

wow....now i know some of TG's best will say that those proceeds came from his PONZI activites....lol
but less the play on words and trying to twist things to make it look like that....
fact is...it even says in the news article that BM (meaning him and his company) recieved money that came from the proceeds (profit from activites) of unlawful activities (illegally made, dirty).....

now watch someone write 2 and a half pages of thier "interperetation" of what the news article ment... to fit thier "agenda"

and also..sad part is...what BM was trying to accomplish is exactly why PIPS was viciously attacked.....like i said...the anti pips agenda is "let the rich be rich..and let the poor KNOW THIER PLACE"....

it was only last year and before where i use to monitor places like Talkgold and more and actualy see people plan/formulate/rally/ and execute plans to bring down PIPS and then when thier plans work they start yelling "see!! Pips is a scam because yada yada" ... but time will tell if thier plans will pay off....

Don't need two pages let alone 2 paragraphs. Fact: Every Mention more charges are added. Fact: Next Mention is 1/4/07. Fact: Case will go to trial unless they cop a plea. Fact: If I were BM and Sharon I would not want any more Mention's, but a trial date. Especially since more charges are added at each Mention. Besides, I thought the accused were innocent until proven guilty? That's why the newspaper said alleged, since it has not been proven yet in a court of law.

Surely this in itself is a play upon words. Nowhere was there a mention of Pips, only of Bryan Marsden and his wife.

Boatman, it was not directed at you nor was it meant to be assumed as YOU being the one or target or at anyone in particular. However, concernng the referred spam posts, which were removed and the replica post were completely deleted while the remaining gets archived, were posts that you DO NOT see now or get to read being posted by another which I had PM'd with a warning.

Just post as you feel as always and you will be spared from noticing the undesirable postings....

I hope in future, there is no need nor reason for you to feel being targeted...hehe... but it is indeed true, there are many among our RC membership that posts and inhibits that "guilty conscience"... sometimes, it really beats ME too, as to why they feel & get the jitters so easily that way...??

Btw, I thanked you for raising the point, it may be a relief to many others NOT to overreact...

    YB. - cheers....
