Nothing personal Chin-lee,just some questions and comments on your post.

It is amusing how people react in anger to situation just because money stop flowing in their hands knowing that is NOT Bryans fault. Nobody proved as of this date anything that he personally was responsible for this mess.
Knowing that is not Bryans fault? How can you make that assumption? Bryan ran the company,who’s fault is it then?

PIPS is business with risk and was clearly stated as such from first day, so if anyone jumped and put money in without considering of consequences, how is this Bryan's fault? Any intelligent person would do planing for the worst same as any investment or business transition in world, regardless how business is planed and projected.
But we were told once the “profits” were in “available funds” there was no risk. Funds in PICPAY were “backed by gold reserves in Australia”. As a fall back, the 100 million indemnity policy would cover funds in the event of a “global meltdown”.


What I try to say, we can't blame Bryan for anything personally. Conditions that Pips was put in created a lot of problems. We did not give Bryan chance to solve problems, instead all jumped and made attack creating even worst for everybody.
Bryan Marsden was the CEO of pips.As such, it was his responsibility to ensure that problems were solved. He had EIGHT MONTHS to resolve the withdrawal situation.


Now we need to wait till court solves problems for us and is shame that will take much longer than we wanted. The court will have nothing to do with resolving PIPS problems. They are dealing with charges against Bryan and Sharon Marsden.


Personally I do not think that we lost anything yet, just a time, and we have only left to be patience. You are entitled to your opinion.Let the court decide and the truth be known.

You seem to be missing what everyone is angry about, it is not about the money we lost, it is about our trust and faith which was manipulated by Bryan when he stole our hopes and dreams, This is far worse than any criminal act he is accused of or ripping off members money in my opinion. Nobody likes to be ripped off, this is one thing, and some, like yourself may forgive Bryan for merely being a scammer, but I wonder, how do you feel about all the lies he constantly told us. You seem to ignore these as if they never happened. If you want to live in fantasyland, that is fine with me, but most would rather deal with reality, and that is, WE WERE LIED TO, DECEIVED, and WORSE, OUR HOPES AND DREAMS WERE STOLEN.

If you want to think nobody has lost anything yet, then you are the one who is lost in fantasyland. Bryan stole all hope long ago, and BN investigation clearly indicates there never was billions, just the millions from the couple hundred thousand members that were ripped off. It matters little what the 101 felony counts of money laundering prove in the end, Bryan lied to all of us, and that is why I am angry, he played with peoples hopes and dreams and then stole them, the most valuable asset we own.

Is it not amazing that there is still people who believe in Bryan. Forgetting completely Bryan's, "insured" principal and ,"Gold" gaurantee while trying to say it is the investors fault for not understanding the risk involved.....Completely ignoring what facts are known. Bryan's business didn't go bad as Chin-lee suggests there never was a business, nothing was ever real. he collected money under false pretense and then spent it on himself.
Bryan is simply a crook, a stupid one who got to carried away in his own lies, and in some sick way probably believed what he was saying as he was saying it.
Bryan is only FIVE BILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY MILLION DOLLARS short , give or take a billion or so, in the PIPS/PICPAY accounts if he was investing as he promised and was as successful as he said he was...

Of course all Bryan has to do is show up with the money, insurance policy and gold to clear his name.

Did you make any money with Bryan, and Pips? ------Then You won. If you did not make any money then You lost. In My opinion It was one hell of a ride with Bryan but it cost more than It paid out. and that was the biggest let down. He sold us all a piece of the Brooklyn Bridge. Your getting Paid seems like it will Never happen--- You would have better luck at a shell game on a NYC street corner. JMHO. BOB

Everything is posted on forum to date. Since court would not accept picpay for bail, (g) Bryan and Sharon are still in jail. Given they never had legal representation, court had to assign a lawyer and this caused delay in start of trial. The date is now Jan. 4, 2007, so once all the 101 money laundering felony charges are disclosed, it will be interesting to finally hear the truth, so stand by.

I will be closing this thread and a string of others as well that are rather repetitive and only leads to confusion and disarray for returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Marsdens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention

Any further new threads open just for the sake of an individual's ignorance to the progress surrounding the Marsdens or the Trial or anything else on PIPS or PicPay and all the parties involved will find their newly created thread deleted. This is a start of some pruning and spring cleaning on the PIPS related Forum.
