Ankara-cl-postponed visit of Iraqi Prime Minister Adnan al-Maliki Turkey for a period of one day, where up to Ankara on Monday morning after it was scheduled to arrive and the accompanying delegation today (Sunday).

Remember somewhere it was theorized that Iraq may first have an Internal Reval. Not knowing what that means exactly, my common sense says, purely within Iraq. Testing the waters to see how it affects the population as opposed the to 'Market'.

SGS and others who have contacts over there - I would advise them to hold the check. Here in the USA a check can be held for 6 months before it is outdated. If they wait to cash it in it would be worth more when it does hit the External Market - NO? Just thinking out loud.

I would also wonder that being as we have never heard any mention of that clandestine NEWS BRIEFING a couple of weeks ago- remember? the same day Talibani was on satelite broadcast. Well maybe the Press ahve been sitting on it like an egg about to hatch.

Here is a thought....I don't think they will do an internal reval only to start....my theory is that they have been discussing alot lately in the news how Iraqi's are leaving the country in mass droves because of the violence...A valuable currency would be sure to bring them back...and if they are already outside the country a reval will not help them get back with whatever dinars they may have onhand since it is only in country....so I think it will be open season when it hits....just thinking...nothing substantial to back it up....

Boy, if that's what this was (Out Of Office Assistant), it sure took it's time to go out. I sent Mr M the details request on 10/12 and the OOOA just sent the response today.
