...sorry..I sure could use some help understanding the meaning of this.. I think my mind works backwards sometimes.. in regards to the wording in this article... why would there be a major demand for the dollar instead of the dinar? Thought it was the dinar that is being pulled from circulation and the people are being told to use the dinar in dealings now.. not the dollar.. so then why would there be such a demand for the dollar? thx ez:)

I believe this is just the wording thy choose to use in relation to the auctions. If the CBI buys back a large amount of dinar then there was a high demand for the dollar.
