Remember page 3 of the Marshall plan you posted earlier - the new denoms were "secretely" brought in in advance of their reval. Looks like they are following the Marshall Plan to a T!!! Also remember it stated that not all were in agreement with Russia being the holdout and it went forward anyway. So maybe all dosesn't have to be finished in Iraq either before they reval. JMHO

Voices of Iraq has been publishing the Daily Rates for the CBI Auctions religiously for a long time ..

The exchange guy had plenty!

thats the first day of the compact and because of what theyve stated in articles about whats happening on that first day along with the article i just posted about it.

in addition, i just received information which might possibly be accurate:

I got a call yesterday from a friend who heard from a source that has a connection in Iraq that we should be able to cash in after the 8th. We don't get too much news from this source, but some of the times we've been told it would RV lined up with the info you had heard. We shall see. I was surpised to get that call. None of the people involved with this info visit the forums.
