She said the bulletin issued by the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research In an editorial yesterday entitled : "Iraqi humanitarian crisis requiring urgent international move" that the estimates of the High Commission for Refugees of the United Nations indicates that the Iraqis who were forced to leave their homes since ,2003 roughly estimated at four million people and there are about 50 thousand Iraqi forced to leave their homes every month because of sectarian tensions and terrorist attacks continuing ·

Canadian Oil Under The Radar
It is generally not well known that Canada is America's largest foreign oil supplier at 19% of America's usage; Saudia Arabia is at 17%. Much of the Canadian oil is, in fact, extracted from the Athabasca oil sands a few hours north of where I live. There are currently projects under construction, or soon to be under construction, nudging toward the $100 billion mark. Extraction costs are under $10.00 per barrel.
It is also not well known or well publicized that America has, by far, the largest oil reserves of any country in the world in just two major concentrations; the Colorado/Wyoming shale beds and the Gulf of Mexico. The technology for oil removal from the shale beds is already advanced to be on par, costwise, with the Athabasca oil sands in Alberta.
I believe America wants to use oil from other parts of the world so that ultimately it will totally call the shots when the oil under its soil is well over 50% of what is left in the world. Hence, they are diligent in ensuring that known oil that can be very inexspensively extracted is flowing freely for the world to use in the meantime.
