Notazbad, I recall that being the date but I thought it was an assumed date. Didnt know if someone had more concrete info (if thats even possible) that it was a true date.

الأمين العام لـ «الدستورية الملكية» يدعو إلى تدويل القضية العراقية

Secretary General of the «constitutional property» calls for the internationalization of the Iraqi issue

حذر الامين العام للحركة الدستورية الملكية علي بن الحسين من «نتائج وخيمة» إذا لم يتوصل العراقيون إلى «حل سياسي» قبل انسحاب القوات الأجنبية من العراق.

The Secretary-General warned of the Constitutional Royal Movement Ali Bin Al-Hussein of «serious consequences» Failing to Iraqis «political solution» before the withdrawal of foreign forces from Iraq.

متوقعاً ان يبدأ ذلك «خلال عام ونصف العام من الآن».

ودافع عن المطالبة بتدويل القضية العراقية، مشيراً الى أنه «منذ أربع سنوات تم تدويلها ووافقت الأمم المتحدة على وجود 150 ألف جندي أجنبي على أراضينا ولا يزال هذا الوجود مرهوناً بقراراتها، فما المانع إذا لعب مجلس الامن دور المشرف والضامن لأي حل او مساعدة العراقيين على إيجاد آلية لقيام مصالحة فعلية وحقيقية للخروج من المأزق الحالي؟».

كما تحدث زيباري عن فرق العمل لدول جوار العراق والتي أقر تشكيلها بموجب اعلان اجتماع بغداد لدول جوار العراق الذي عقد في بغداد في العاشر من اذار الماضي.

Zebari also talked about working teams to the neighboring countries of Iraq, which endorsed the formation under the Baghdad meeting of the neighboring countries of Iraq which was held in Baghdad on the 10th of last March.

من جانبه عبر السفير كروكر عن حرص الولايات المتحدة على مشاركة جميع دول الجوار والاطراف المعنية الاخرى في المؤتمر القادم.

نوري المالكي يجري مباحثات في الكويت ويطالب بخفض الديون على العراق

Nuri al-Maliki talks are in Kuwait and calls on Iraq debt reduction

قالت وكالة الأنباء الكويتية إن رئيس الوزراء العراقي نوري المالكي التقى الثلاثاء أمير الكويت الشيخ صباح الأحمد الصباح وبحث معه العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين.

She said the Kuwaiti news agency that Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Tuesday met with the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah and discussed with him bilateral relations between the two countries.

وكان المالكي قد وصل إلى الكويت قادما من القاهرة بعد زيارة رسمية استغرقت يومين هي الثانية له منذ تسلمه منصبه.

The Al-Maliki arrived in Kuwait from Cairo after a two-day official visit is his second since assuming office.

ونقلت وكالة الأنباء الكويتية عن أحد مساعدي المالكي قوله إن رئيس الوزراء سيحث الكويت على إعادة فتح سفارتها في بغداد، التي أغلقت منذ 1990 أي بعد غزو النظام العراقي السابق لها، وأعربت الكويت من جانبها عن رغبتها في إعادة فتح السفارة.

لكن النائب مرزوق الغانم قال للصحافين إنه من السابق لأوانه إعادة فتح البعثة الدبلوماسية في بغداد بسبب الوضع الأمني.

وهناك تكهنات أيضا بأن المالكي سيحث الكويت تطبيق التزامها في خفض الديون المترتبة على العراق بسبب غزوه لهذا البلد في 1990 والتي تقدر بـ 16 مليار دولار.

There is also speculation that al-Maliki urge Kuwait application commitment to reduce the debt of Iraq because of its invasion of that country in 1990, which is estimated at 16 billion dollars.

وكان المالكي قد أجرى في القاهرة محادثات مع الرئيس المصري حسني مبارك تناولت التحضيرات للمؤتمر الدولي حول العراق الذي يعقد في مصر مطلع مايو/أيار، طبقا لما ذكره مصدر رسمي.

العسكري : المصالحة الوطنية تشمل بعض المتورطين بالعمليات العسكرية

شدد مستشار رئيس الوزراء على ان مشروع المصالحة الوطنية يشمل القوى التي لم تنخرط في العملية السياسية ممن تورط بعض عناصرها بالعمليات المسلحة.

Adviser to the Prime Minister stressed that the draft national reconciliation includes forces that had engaged in the political process who have the involvement of some elements of the armed operations.

وقال النائب سامي العسكري مستشار رئيس الوزراء لراديو سوا: ان الخلافات التي تشهدها بعض الجماعات المسلحة مع تنظيم القاعدة جاءت نتيجة إنكشاف حقيقة القاعدة أمام هذه الجماعات، موضحا أن القاعدة لا تهدف إلا إلى تدمير العراق وثرواته.

The MP said Sami Military Adviser to the Prime Minister for Radio Sawa : that the differences in some armed groups with Al Qaeda came as a result of the fact-Qaida before the reopening of these groups, explaining that the rule is designed only to destroy Iraq and its wealth.

وجدد العسكري التأكيد على أن المصالحة الوطنية تستهدف استقطاب كل القوى التي لم تنخرط في العملية السياسية بما فيها القوى التي تورط بعض عناصرها بالعمليات المسلحة، مشددا على أن باب المصالحة الوطنية لا يزال مفتوحا أمام الجماعات التي ترغب برمي سلاحها والمشاركة في العملية السياسية.

He renewed military emphasized that national reconciliation aimed at attracting all forces which have not engaged in the political process, including forces that the involvement of some elements of the armed operations, stressing that the door of national reconciliation is still open to groups wishing threw down their weapons and participate in the political process.

ترأس فخامة رئيس الجمهورية جلال طالباني، اجتماعا عقده مجلس الرئاسة، يوم الثلاثاء 24-4-2007 في مقر إقامة الرئيس طالباني في بغداد.

He presided over by His Excellency President Jalal Talabani, a meeting between the Presidency, on Tuesday 4-24-2007 at the residence of President Jalal Talabani in Baghdad.

و جرى خلال الاجتماع، الذي حضره نائبا رئيس الجمهورية الدكتور عادل عبد المهدي و طارق الهاشمي، بحث التطورات السياسية و الأوضاع الأمنية في البلاد، بالإضافة الى مناقشة شؤون رئاسة الجمهورية و آليات تطوير عملها.

F During the meeting, which was attended by Vice President Dr Adel Abdul Mahdi and Tariq Al-Hashmi, discussed political developments and security situation in the country, in addition to the discussion of Presidential Affairs and the development of its mechanisms.

كما أكد أعضاء مجلس الرئاسة، على ضرورة توفير السبل الكفيلة لإنجاح خطة فرض القانون وصولا الى تحقيق الأمن و الاستقرار، و شددوا على أهمية تفعيل الجهود لإنجاح مشروع المصالحة الوطنية، و الحفاظ على وحدة العراق و تلاحم ابنائه.

As the members of the Presidency, the need to provide ways to the success of a plan to impose law and order to achieve security and stability, and stressed the importance of activating efforts for the success of a draft national reconciliation, and maintaining the unity of Iraq and the unity of its people.
