Usually when I go to the Gazette web site, I am trying the next numbers on the html files, like : .../4030/4030.html, /4031/4031.html...sometimes I find the new thing that will be posted...

Yesterday when I posted on the forum that the Gazette was up, I tried 4031 and 4032....they were not uploaded. now, today, bang! Here we have them!

They are brand new, they got the orders to upload them TODAY.

I see it to be as so also as CP and You. Adster, anyone, doesn't this make total sence? It was the Investment Law of 2006 and that is why it is dated that. Now since it hits the Gazette today, for Official Publication on March 6th, 2007, should make total sence that way, right?

Baghdad, March 6, (VOI) – An Iraqi legislator expects that the Iraqi Parliament will not succeed in convening its first session for the new legislative term on Tuesday, because of a lack of quorum.
"Efforts are underway to hold a parliamentary session today, the first in the new legislative term, but I practically do not think it will be convened due to the lack of a quorum," deputy Mathal al-Alousi, the leader of the Sunni Iraqi Umma Party, which has only one seat, told the independent news agency Voices of Iraq (VOI).
A quorum in the Iraqi Parliament of 275 members is half the members plus one.
"Some of the members are now outside Iraq attending conferences and workshops, while others are preparing for the international Iraq's neighboring countries conference, scheduled to be held in Baghdad on March 10," said Alousi.
The conference will be attended by the six neighboring countries of Iraq, and Egypt, Bahrain and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council

I believe this point absolutely proves the CBI figures are fictitious. By their numbers they are saying they removed roughly 7.5 trillion dinar in six weeks. We have been tracking dinar removal everyday and the numbers do not match reality. A huge undertaking is going on and the CBI is trying to disguise it. There should be no doubt.. Another top hat flipping moment for sure....

I believe it might be possible for a thrity day delay for enactment. Of course I'm not sure but if I use the Gas law as a model the last feature discussed is enactment :

"This Law enters into force 30 days after publication in the Official Gazette."

This part was struck from the gas law perhaps with the FIL it is not. It just might be a general procedure clause.

If your going by Mr I - does that mean you believe the Dinar will be 1000-1 by the end of the year? Because he does. Or are you going to pick and choose which suits?
