if dinar was a 'fixed' rate such as is the case by the cbi listing being the only price that is valid for any given day and its not actively traded, wouldnt a pair then reflect movement on the other currencies movement in the market when that currency is then trading?

so, the movement you are seeing is the usd or eur in the market going up or down on its own market while the price of the dinar stays uniform.

Okay I could be wrong but... If the dinar stoped trading(auctions) then it would be at a fixed rate from the last auction on Monday. Therefore, if the dollar changes then it would show a change against the dinar giving you movement on the exchange rate... Just an idea I thought I would throw out there...

I realize that some are / & some claim to be *registered* . . . etc. . . .

But NONE, even the biggest are linked in any way with the CBI . . . That I am SURE of! . . If they are, then the CBI has got reeaal trouble . . . .

Also This is news as far as I am concerned, Alshabba now has quote captions that make it look like the articles are "saying" something in arabic when you scroll over them w/ cursor. I dont know if this is part of google translator, or alsabaahs doing but it is new, anyone else notice that?

I would say NO . . .

I'm comin more to the thought that all this *Black Out* is part & parcel / to give them time to take all the nesc. steps for a big deal / & that Adster is probably right / with his no announc. thought / & they will just DO IT! . .

I also doubt that a big deal will be to decrease the value . . .

i think google translator has started putting in a code for translated sites so you arent copying them like weve been doing. im sure its some copyright infringement association issue for them or somethin. but its easy to copy it, all you have to do is hilight backwards from right to left bottom to top and it will copy for you. paste into a word document before copy/pasting into anything else and it wont be garbled.
