the cheques were to be handed out by the ration card people IN CONJUNCTION WITH the card distribution. killin two birds so to speak.

By getting thier economy into an electrionic era, they can track were the money is and who is spending it on what. Say for IED's or support of a millitia etc.

the cards didnt have MONEY on them, they are RATION CARDS. for food, medical supplies, necessities. the money was to be handed out in CHEQUE FORM so they were forced to go to the banks with them and open accounts with the money.

there are atm machines all over iraq now. been installing them for months.

It clearly tells you that in the article that the CBI has been on a fixed rate for those days, Monday was the last day the rates changed since then they have gone with the "FAMOUS" 1470...

THE PAST THREE SESSIONS THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT ARE THE SESSIONS WHICH ACTUALLY TOOK PLACE. THAT AMOUNT WAS IDENTICAL ALL THREE OF THOSE AUCTIONS, HENCE WHY WHEN THEY REFERED TO MONDAYS AUCTION THEY REFERENCED THE LAST THREE AUCTION SESSIONS WHICH WERE HELD BEFORE THAT.

does everyone still think a reval could happen by the end of the month or is it looking more towards november? was hoping by the 21st my b-day would have been the best b-day ever.
