Yes, that's what I meant that they don't communicate with each other. Very strange, Warka doesn't talk with CBI for 2 days. Then where does Warka get their rates from? Hope this is soon to RV and get off this rollercoaster, I'm about to puke!!

Sure would like to know what is up with CBI. Unless someone has "inside" info, we could be told anything for now as a reason, just so they can cover up what they're really doing. Kind of like where I work. Some times we never know the REAL scoop. I can understand the CBI updating their system, but not to post anything? no "sorry for the inconvenience"? no "detour" route? This is a major banking facility good grief! Sorry for rambling guys, just had to write down my thoughts for a sec.
