To those who keep putting forward their interpretations of US law on gambling (it is for physical gambling, not online). There are two alternatives here;
1. To leave you with the personal choice of whether you participate or not.
OR
2. I simply BAN ALL US citizens from playing, period.
But please, I think the posts on this subject have been flogged to death here and still coming up with so many contradictions in legislation.
We are licensed to do what we do with the lotto.
Thought I would also add this quote from the terms and conditions on the website, which basically means you need to do your own dd on the legality of you participating.
BryanLEGALITY. It may not be lawful for citizens or residents of some Countries or States to become a member or participate in Lotteries. Each person or entity wishing to become a member should first obtain specialist legal advice in relation to their legal capacity to join as member or play the lotto. All Members must be of legal working age in the State or Country in which they reside.

Bulldog,
It is a 3 by 7 matrix, which means each matrix is 3 members wide and 7 levels deep, so anything from the top will continue to spillover through each level as they fill.
e.g. when the first level is filled with three people the signups spillover to the second level.
when the second level is filled with nine people the signups spillover to the third level.
and so on.

I say the forum needs to be the first to sign up from the link Bryan provides us with. That way the forum is able to make enough money to continue to serve as a community for us pro-pipsters...............
I would suggest that Bryan sends the link to Mareks PM box when the PipsAid-site is ready..............What do you say Bryan? You know I am thinking of the best for all of us here..............

Good luck to all, Mike

I am still confused as to how this operation will work? Know it sounds stupid but the information is overwhelming!
As US Citizens, I believe there are limitations as to how involved a person can be. However, I know ways people can become involved legally and ethically...protect their identities and keep a large portion of the proceeds.
If you have questions, please ask privately! In the meantime, can someone do private coaching as to how to take advantage of this opportunity!!!!
Let me know,
