..if I am understanding you correctly, it matters the name on the ticket sale? ...or the computer that has logged in to make the purchase? I can use my neighborscomputer anytime, or go tot he library, but who the win pays to is what's the point?

Sounds good to me but this Matrix is set up weird. The purchases that affiliate members make dont count for whatever reason. Only Matrix I have seen like this, but we can make this work as well. Have your neighbor or a friend purchase 3 tickets from you then just give them their money back. Problem solved. Surely EVERYBODY here has one friend that will do this and you just give their money back.
It sounds like it would be well worth it for each of us to have our "friend" buy 10 tickets each week and then you just give their money back. If the figures in BM's post are correct, the cost of the 10 tickets is a drop in the bucket to what you would get back. Correct?

what about if the user seen 'www.freedinar.com/rolclub', so he rather
register directly with 'www.freedinar.com' but not via 'rolclub',
so will 'rolclub' still get any benefits from that user?
