Yes, I have advocated the forced matrix for years, and I believe it is the most fair of all compensation plans. The mere fact that you could be helped by those above and below you is reason enough, and depending on the product or service, as this one is chance to win X amount, the product is one that millions gravitate to every day, so I would say this is perfect plan to use a forced matrix. 3 wide is also good, any wider and it falls into the unilevel comp. range which is less attractive for the average person.

I have been consulted on plans of all types and although no plan is best for everyone, this is the most fair and simple of all plans. Of course, there are many variables used, matching bonuses, etc., but I am happy with the 3X7 format. Hopefully we fill it up quickly so we can start to earn again to help us all in the patience department. LOL

[COLOR=Red]OSW - Thanks for the input. I have been involved in several forced matix plans and I have never seen them pan out for the majority of the people involved in the programs. They seem to implode when people don't start making money.
I for one would rather wait for the PIPS money to be released by BN and some form of return is realized. Once the BN as realeased the server with the account info and the accounts are no longer being held up there should be plenty of money there to do something or even give if not in full at least in a large portion back to the PIPsters who helped start it.

In all fairness, I think this is a good solution for fairness to all on ROL, but what about the other forums, I think you know what I mean? In order to be fair to all, I would suggest we are all given notice ahead of time as in 12:00 noon est, or whatever, date, etc., intructions, so we can have our payments set up, then everyone could plan to do what they want, register as affiliate or not, purchase tickets or not But think of all the issues if it all of a sudden opened up on ROL without notice, then we would see more complaints, right, human nature, so Bryan, give it some thought, but keep it fair for everyone.

If I do not wish to promote the lotto, just play it every week, will I be bumped off if I don't sell the ticket to other people downline?

when the matrix is filled with 3k people, only one out of 3k will win?

Will we be paid immediately if we win the Lotto?
