Thanks Bat$,
Sure appreciate your time to help everyone come to terms with final closure on this nightmare of a fiasco. As to the e-Gold issues, and difficulty moving our donations to this cause has become risky, so I would like to donate my moderators share of dinar Marek still has to this cause. Please use it for Bat$ expenses instead of sending the dinar out when it is finally released. I'll leave it to Marek to take care of it at his convenience as I do not use e-Gold.
Good luck and health to all, Mike

I have just received a PM for which a member is ready and wanting to donate and not involve EGold or any other E-currency out there.
I have decided on another option as a feasible alternative which may meet many of those wanting to donate other than using EGold etc…
I shall involve this new alternative to help out the funding cause and will rejuvenate the other thread that is still valid to pursue the status of funds for the Trial which theBat$ will continue to cover on behalf of ROLClub and Members concerned over the Marsdens Trial.
This alternative will be with an American Bank and all funds will be transferred to it which also means, Big brother is monitoring fully over it…which is A-OK with me on this score! Only US dollars will be handled as the Bank and account is in the USA.
I hope it also gives you as Donor/contributor, a sense of security and as for transparency; I’ll have that closely updated where donors can follow easily.
This is a private and NOT a Corporate account as I am a Retiree and thus, not in a capacity to fulfill all the legal & administrative demands of a corporate account but simply as a checking account would, it is simple and easy to maintain.
I think it will also be easier for transfer to theBat$ but whatever the costs and fees or charges that comes with it, I can have that substantiated with the hard copies accompanied with the account.
I will release the details once Marek and myself have discussed and agreed on this alternative option.
YB.

Spiceman - I don't wish to appear prejudiced but how do you know him as an honest person by having met him in Las Vegas? It doesn't seem much of an endorsement in view of the thousands who sent their funds to him for no return.
There is no way in which the Marsdens could possibly repay their debt to society and especially to their investors.
The lawyer appointed to him by the court and paid for by the Malaysian taxpayer (what happened to all the money he received?) is well qualified and a distinguished member of the Malaysian bar. Who else would you suggest? And, with all due respect, Malaysia is not a third world country, their interpretation and performance of law are based upon those of the United Kingdom, where most of their lawyers are trained.
I am very supportive of funds to send a representative, the admirable Batt$, to report on the case for members. It is not a high profile case as far as the local press are concerned and is unlikely to make the headlines.
Two bit scammers don't get much lineage!

A lot of people overestimate their ability to detect deceiving behavior in others and underestimate the acting abilities of a true sociopath (and here's a hint: They never feel they need to run, in fact, they might come around again and ask for more.

Spiceman, it sadens me that after all that has happened and come to light you still place hopes with this man. I do hope that things will turn out well for you and the kids.

I'd contribute a bit too, if there was an wasy way to do it. I also agree that having someone at the trial is how we'll get the best info. Personally, the easiest for me, would be to just put a few dollars in the mail and send it to someone... like the bat.

Same old story
Owen and Mrdome,
You two members of same group, please do not make any comments in this thread which has no association with topic here and a specially making remarks without creditable information and based only on assumptions. If you want discuss anything of that topic please choose right thread for it.
Reason for mine remark is that if any pro-pips member would state something from their point of view, they would be warned and criticized by Admin and Mods.
I just want things fall in right place with fairness.

This is pretty sickening to believe that their are those.... still. All this time later, who do not realize that Bryan not the authorities are the problem.... that Bryan is not the answer, he never was.. He is just a pathological liar, thief, con man He has no answers and he is where he belongs...hopefully for several more years for the pain and loss he has caused to the likes of this poor soul...
