I would really like to see PIPS come back, as would everyone else involved. But, unfortunately, the procedings have lasted so long that I don't think it will ever happen. It will be a miracle if it does.

Well, time is not necessarily any hindrance for this case going to our favour.

The legal system works in its own tedious ways, and we just have to wait patiently for this process to come to its final day.

At some point, the judge will have to look at the specific evidence and make a ruling. I am very earger to hear what will be the main arguments on both sides of the table.

What I would like to know is

    IF pips comes back...

Is our money still out there? I had over 1/4 million in "monopoly money" when they got shut down. That's the only reason I am still following this.

Does anyone know the answer to that question?

    Factual, not spectual.

We have many in this Forum as well as outside, still adamant about the fate (this applies to both sides of the fence) BM and what was last left at with PI Inc, to express faith and support as well as condemnation and write-off...and whichever it suits the person on this dwelling meltdown has equally a right to feel the way one sees it.

We allowed the Forum focussing on this involvement to stay so all parties can understand just where, how and eventually WHEN, it may someday come to a dignified closure and all involved can embrace each other for being participants and accepting the outcome...whatever way it may be, and to respect each other's right of views and opinions aired thus far.

Its pointless getting at each other's throats over an issue or debate with malicious intent and tone for the place to address is not at each other but on the subject as a whole.

This is the strength and energy that RC is focussed on... it takes TWO to TANGO ....even though there is little joy or space in those cells the Marsdens are in, unable to dance about while ALL of you are free at it... that is the consolation you should consider yourself being in and by coming here is an indication...YOU just are NOT ready to let loose and forget it...you do so because you are equally concern...and it goes both ways...so lets patch up and support somehow and help, even in the least possible gesture with the findings that theBat$ can uncover, for your donation funds are truly welcome on that positive front.

Egold is still open and once the Bank acct is finalised, you can use that option too.

    Hello rockytop,

I am afraid the best we can expect is just to get some money back and according to history will be difficult.

This is a tipical case in my opinion. The case gets tied up in the courts until the court appointed administrators fees eat up all the money. Even a case with few assets cost million to bring to trial, and this has nothing to do with guilt or innocents. Our only chance of seeing any money is if Bryan is able to come back and with enough money to reemploy the PIPS program. It could be in our best interest to help Bryan financially and a show of support. I believe that he got caught trying to make PIPS work but there were too many problems to handle. Once people start calling politcial people the battle is almost lost. Like you my friend I had quite a sum setting in my account andwould like to get some of it back before the court system devours it if it has not already.

It would seem that Mr. and Mrs. Marsden had more than enough financial support in the past since it enabled them to shift considerable sums from the company (your money) into their own private accounts.
It is, in fact, this fraudulent conversion that is the subject of the charges laid against them so far.
Pips was a fraud from day one - the figures you were looking at were mere numbers on a screen. No investments, no capital base of $700 million, no gold bars in Australlia, no insurance policy and no "trust accounts" into which your money was supposed to have been placed.
The present fund is to allow a representative to attend the court proceedings and provide a report on the situation - nothing more.
