This isn't a matter of being sued. The authorities will do what they have to do.

As a member of pips, you have no authority to sue anyone on behalf of Pips. People are allowed to voice their opinions and concerns, and laws protect them from doing so.

You're skirting the issue. Everyone has the right to voice their opinions. YOU have allowed TG to go beyond rights by letting them post hate, slander and even today there are TG posters making statements that go way beyond rights. I think YOU need some upgrading on "Freedom of speech 101"

Also for those people who emailed me threatening to sue me for allowing people to post certain things at talkgold, forum admins are not legally responsible for lible if they theyselves did not post the offending material. Just a little Law 101.

I'm sure that when the 2 groups of posters are examined, it will be clear that the TG posters are the offenders.

I just think people should be worrying about Bryan and Pips rather then those claiming Pips to be a scam.

Here's the 2 things that WE know for a fact.....

If everything bryan is doing is legit then great, everything will be fine. If however the investigation leads to Bryan being arrested on fraud charges, its nobody's fault but his own.

That settles it.....EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE. There is NO fraud and the WD delays "DO NOT" constitute fraud.

I read through TG forums everyday to find info on PIPS before I found ROLclub. I have to say that most forumers in TG forced me to think that PIPS will survive and do a major comeback.

Note that I'm not a pioneer but only a confused pipster who is trying hard to survive financially. I needed information on PIPS and not trolls that might jump on me if I dare post a query. PIPS forum in TG is NOT helping confused pipsters AT ALL. All I need is INFO and not speculations and assumptions to convince me that PIPS is a scam.

The only thing I'm thankful of TG is that from there I got to know of ROLclub.

Having to wait for funds is already a distressful task to us. I only hope that TG forumers can at least show a little compassion to pipsters like me instead of lashing out harsh languages on the ones who choose to hang on. Period.
