Brian... might I suggest you look at the posts of Pr0ph3t. Now try and tell me that he isn't trying to get everyone to harass Bank Negara. His stated intent is to 'swamp' them with calls and faxes to impede the investigation. Is he afraid that the outcome might not be what he wants to hear?

I see your newfound ethics have slipped more than a little.

I imagine a lot of what is and has been posted at TG has been saved by many people as in screen shots.

After all most of this started elsewhere and was taken to TG knowing that they are not smart enough to see that they were set up to take the fall when the lawsuits etc. start flying.

Just curious, whos gonna be suing who? Unless bryan takes certain members of TG to court, nothing can happen legally. As a member of pips, you have no authority to sue anyone on behalf of Pips. People are allowed to voice their opinions and concerns, and laws protect them from doing so. Also for those people who emailed me threatening to sue me for allowing people to post certain things at talkgold, forum admins are not legally responsible for lible if they theyselves did not post the offending material. Just a little Law 101.

I just think people should be worrying about Bryan and Pips rather then those claiming Pips to be a scam. If everything bryan is doing is legit then great, everything will be fine. If however the investigation leads to Bryan being arrested on fraud charges, its nobody's fault but his own.

International and domestic law allows for treble damages due to restraint of trade and unless you and the boys in your group can hide behind a corporate veil, then you may be found personally liable for a great deal of damage.

Freedom of speech does not give ANYONE the right to damage or restrain trade. If your forum was an instigator in causing an investigation that caused investors to lose or be denied their funds, then you could easily be held liable for the losses.

Before you open your mouth and type a reply, consult a very good attorney.

There are several other legal issues that you can be held liable for, but we'll save those for another time.

Living in the United Staes you do have the right of freedom of speech. However, the courts and law of the land also assign a responsibilty withthat freedom. Chief Justice Earl Warren wrote in regard to freedom of speech that no one has the right to yell "fire" in a theater that is not burning. The smoke you smell may be yourself.

he states that his lawyers who helped him set up his LLC where he resides, say that no one has any case against him since it was posted by an outside party and only those parties can be held libel, whether this is true or not ponders a query to show relevant facts via information on libel suits on a website. What I find odd is another guy Godfrey Lawrence was sued, even though it wasn't him posting a bogus email that was an imposter to decredit another, 450,000 pounds was awarded, and considered him as the publisher of such material (he owned the server) since he was asked to have the information removed but hadn't done so.

Any way, time we need actual facts recited by the law of this, because this is a very confusing issue for many.

I noticed the one time I was in the TG forum that there are alot of adds for different HYIPs. Why is that maybe so if people leave pips they will come over and join your group of thiefs?
The only good the TG forum is for is to trash other people. I know anyone who stands up for PIPs is a cultist from what I read. Funny thing they say we are cultist yet we aren't the ones trying to ruin your HYIPs for you.
