I believe that the re-shuffle has taken place already because it is a fact that the arrest warrants have already been made against the parliamentarians and politicians accused of supporting terrorism. The statement said less than 10.

The Parliament will be in session at 11 AM Tues March 6, 2007 so we have a very short time to wait. They should approve the HCL and the new members of the Parliament who will replace the arrested ones. The new guys will start work as parliamentarians on March 13, 2007.

After the HCL is formally approved by Parliament, officially the Cabinet of Ministers and President Tallibani will sign off on it and it can be published in the Official Gazzette which may or may not be a requirement anymore. The good news is that the CBI could say RV right after the approval which is a reality!!!!

Lots of homework out there to read on the subject. You will not see a statement with the word "guys" in it. It is late and I used that word to give a quick reply. This is what I believe as a result of a lot of reading and putting a lot together. I will enjoy your deductions on the subject.
