ps yes, mike, ... IF that's true ... IF... than that's not what we 'ld like to see happen. I agree. But we don't like to see assumptions taken for facts, no matter how convinced we may be... either, are we? Anyway... my contribution to this yet another variant of the yes-no-will-it-ever-be-ending-story is over for today.

Thank you so much for this information. We all have been waiting for some type of conclusion to this so life can go on with or without Pips. Personally, I feel Bryan was honorable as well as his intentions. If that's correct, then I look forward to a positive conclusion.

This is the first time I have ever heard of filling out a questionnaire?? Does this mean that I will not get the chance to recoup my losses?

thanks pchin, i had just invested several months earlier before Brian was shut down. This is my first involvement with pips. I have just been waiting quietly on the sidelines for news. At least I now have an idea where the investigation is at. I lost my life savings with a certified financial advisor about 6 years ago and have been trying to bounce back ever since. I believe the wait will be worth it.
