PicPay is not communicatiing with us before cancelling orders. That's the way it was for me.

So please, since you are a merchant, can you tell us which items are being stopped ( since PicPay won't tell us)?

As a merchant we are led to believe that - "visa type"-"bill payment type services" are the ones which are being stopped and merchants are being re-verified.

Ok I can only put it here as speculation because I am not going to risk my status or my account !

My customers are all up to date and know which items are and have been stopped.

The "V cards - Mas cards and bill payment TYPE services" have and are being for good reason "I have seen the reason"
If your order is with a merchant who sells the above, the chances are they will probarly be un-verified until they have been checked out and the orders maybe cancelled.
If the order is with a merchant who is selling none of above then you probarly just have to sit tight until we are told to carry on with our withdrawals.

    """"" PURE SPECULATION OK """""
