So now that my 2-month old order with my merchant got abrubtly cancelled last week how many weeks or months would you people consider reasonable for the funds to be put back into my picpay account?
Two weeks maybe? One Month? Two months? Xmas?
If picpay can't or won't refund the 4k back into my account from my merchant order, all done in the same system and requring absolutely no outside platform, we are sure as **** not going to get paid are we?
It would be still good though to see the money on my computer screen in theory.
Edit: As a hypothesis, it remains open and valid for discussion however, title thread was amended. MOD - YB.

I was wondering the same thing. I have about 8K in orders I would like to get back, but we still don't know the real issue is here. There is plenty of reports going around but nothing from BM, and we know that if it is not from him it is rubbish. I am also a merchant and have been told nothing, and I am still verified thankfully. I'm starting to realise what it must be like to live under communism lol

funds return
HI ticktheclock
I have posted this elsewhere but one of my merchant orders was cancelled and the money returned to my picpay account yesterday.I only noticed because my picpay balance had increased. The order had already been registered as 'shipped' by the merchant. Any record of the original order has been erased from my account though is still remains in my order history. The order was from the 23/5 so maybe they are just working through them to reverse them.

I had an order cancelled a few weeks ago by a merchant as he gave up trying to get verifications and was getting no response from picpay. He refunded the main amount, but I'd paid him $250 for shipping from US to UK as a separate picpay transfer and he has no way of refunding it to me as he can't do a picpay to picpay transfer now...
He has to wait to get a WD now to give me back my money. God only knows when I'll get that.

Hey Nej,
If both of you have an Egold acct, that $250 can be arranged and you will have yours in cash once WDawn from an ATM.

I don't have an egold account but the merchant still needs to get his $250 from picpay first. Once he's got that he can do a paypal transfer which is probably easiest.

The reason i am shopping again is because, the process has changed now. Since i have cancelled my withdrawals Picpay have sent an email to confirm the purchase i have made. they did not do that before. Plus they sent me an email to say i can continue to shop.
Don't know why no one else gets these emails, i make sure i email them when ever there is any changes.
They respond the next day and state what i need to do.
