Exactly. They should have said something about this fee before. Now what do you do? Get the customer to send you an extra 10% to cover the fee?

Good point.

As someone who has ordered cards, I would not mind paying my merchant an additional 10% of PicPay in order to get the $20,000+ in cards that I ordered. If the 10% is a new policy, merchants can still get that money from their customers by saying: We will ship your cards/merchandise as soon as you do a "spend" of 10% of your unshipped purchases in PicPay money to us. If it is a change imposed by PIPS of PicPay, it's really not the merchants' fault.

As PIPS members, we all know from experience that major changes are made or announced from one second to the next and that they apply retroactively, so we would understand.
