If you fax or call it might derail or delay the trial, BNM has all the member details. So why fax or email when you know they won't reply? Somebody doesn't want the trial to begin. It is a ploy to smokescreen BNM. The wheels of justice have been set in motion, it's just that somebody doesn't want it to move.

So I say we don't email, call or fax.

what you must understand about the many calls to the banks and stuff long ago was not from pips memebers...it was from people who wanted to bring pips down....

i remeber when it was going on..and looking in forums like talkgold and reading many post of people who were calling the banks many times a day over and over and urging others to do so in order to get pips taken down

names like Notjomama, prophet, dirtybird , retiredUSF and more were ring leaders...there are others but i just dropped those names to let those in the know know that i can see past the bull**** and know what is truely going on...

This is precisely the nature of this term or if you will, the sly construction of the PIPS meaning to its scheming mandate... which BM wishfully hopes to get off the hook while many fervent supporters literally still are blind and fail to comprehend just how much a ride they have been taken for.... with the manouvres that were and had been clearly exposed towards the final weeks resulting in the inevitable apprehension and warranted custody of B and S Marsdens....respectively.

Maybe true,but how can anybody bring a properly licensed,legitimate business down?

Had pips been on the level it would have been reinstated after the investigation by BNM.I agree with Yogi's point of view.

The bit that really gets me is why didn't he cut and run like all the other scams .

Because he was deluded and REALLY believed that everything he was doing was for the good and was legal. He has since found out that it may have been good intentions but it was NOT legal according to laws and regulations.

How can I contact PIPS??
