Of course if navinmudi post is creditable we wont have to worry. But one point I would like to make clear and that is if we ever did decide to take a class action, for me it would have to be with Bryans approval. I feel it is of utmost importance we work together on this.

I was very excited to read navinmudi's post. Then I had to come back to reality. As Bryan stated "if it aint from him..." I really hope it is true, but how many times have we been let down with false hopes? I will continue to believe, but this time I will need official news before I jump to any conculsions.

Hope to see more news abouy PIPS..

A class action suit would be for the purpose of recovering funds( against pips)
so dont you think BM would be implicated in it. He is the one who owes us the money.

GET a grip, and get on with your life, and reality. Scrape up your Monies and INVEST what you have into another BIG MONEY program. Why do some people believe that because we are still here demanding our funds be accounted for that pips is the only thing in our lives and that we havent moved on to something else. It doesnt take alot of time to to come to this forum and make a couple of posts.

i agree with u OICU812.....it is amazing how many people on here i guess have been brain washed by bryan...ohhh so it seems....just because i have questions that i feel i need to know an answer too,because i invested,loaned,or gave to bryan to use does'nt mean i have'nt moved on....i just want to know where my money is....and i deserve to know that....rather it is answered today.tomorrow or whenever is a moot point.....and if we were scammed.which it looks more and more like it was...then bryan needs to be dealt with accordingly....IMHO....have anice day...Pat

There are several but two key camps of pursuing parties on either extreme is evident here... I myself am in one of them... not necessarilly with either extremity we get to witness on our Forum however, it has to be understood, EVERYONE is rather "depleted" with funds when the thought of scraping the insides of their cookie jar comes on offer.

But to stay focus on your "lost" funds...that, we must not give up....with a good measure of positive hope tied to it.

I can relate to those desperately at a loss with what is going on, cheering support of any other programs while the fray and futile search for a credible answer still seems like only an echo in a far distance reaching deaf ears...

Some are privileged whilst others are not.... but composure with your demands and disregarding the cries of the depressed is equally getting beyond the respect most who are on the silent track who also deserves, can endure tolerating the rants taking place...

I can honestly add: the good or bad news is as good a guess from both yours and mine at anytime of the day ....

A stalemate with feedbacks, simply because a good part, if NOT for most of it is in the hands of the financial authorities that could be as good as being far off in Mars.... we just have no other alternative choice to pursue other than wait or undertake a lone stride like a pilgrimage trip to walk up the stairs leading to the Director of BN, past his ground floor Reception bay and seek a self initiated court deposition....of course, all of it at your own expense....

Otherwise, make the most by entertaining yourself with good humor here among the many others who share your disparity but keeping their composure with style...and conforming to patience with smiles and seeking other happy tunes with whatever programs that are presented....IN THE MEANTIME... we make friends this way too!
