I would say because he really believed no one could touch him, he must have thought the royal family would cover his axx, so all he needed to do was to find a way to come up with a new program and let the old one slowly phased away, meanwhile, kept on accepting new funds while failed to pay existing members for nearly a whole year.

however, when I saw that picture of him being arrested, and the way he didn't get his hair cut for months, I got a feelings that he finally woke up to the fact that he was not as invincible as he thought, let alone above the laws.

Quite a few others never ran either,Bryans mate Blake Prator didn't.Look what happened to him!

Ah well judging from all the info on this and other forums also actual reports it would seam that BM is defiantly up for it . Because the Malaysian gov (the DPP) dose not wont to look bad in the eyes of the financial world . Therefor it Doesn't matter what side of the fence you sit on it would seam that BM's goose is cooked . As this is their largest case of money laundering it would appear the DPP have gone all out on this one . And to protect their interests in monetary trade into there country , Therefor can not lose face on this one .
is that a fair assumption Batty and Dreamer ? .

Reasonable to wait for the trial to finish.There is just to much against pips to believe it was bona fide,but at the same time,it's not over yet.

BNM will want to discourage scams in Malaysia.This is also their first internet case.Depends on the evidence presented at trial.

Dreamer any idea how many days to the trial?

Somebody speculated in the next Quarter Flocky.Better stock up with them exta long life batteries my friend !

Is there anyone who has a sumary of the trial? It would be good to know where to get the latest updates in a compressed form.

any idea how many days to the trial? yes,...758 days to wait. by then all pic pay
will be taken by bank...so, what is the use of deliberating any longer. BNM is not in any hurry.
