There is a great deal of speculation of what is and what isnt going to happen...however all or most of the anger comes from one very valid point. Lack of communication from either Bryan or an undisputed representative. If this was done a great deal of heat would come off and more breathing space be given to all of us who have deep and justified concerns. If everything is legitimate, and i certainly hope it is, it doesnt take much to say "Hi I'm okay and I am waiting just like you, hopefully it wont be too long" just these few simple words will stop what could be a situation that could quite easily get very much out of hand, if it hasnt already. Then we will all lose. Thumper your post was a very good one. But the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) principle could well be applied here with, once again, with a Hello from Bryan or a legal representative. Surely you cant be prosecuted by saying "Hello" to your friends.

Marek! I think it is great what you did, but do you have also any response from Brian on this? Is there anything we can do to speed up BoN? By the way where stands BoN for?

Is there a collective way to push BoN?

Marek just wondering from your post, when did you actually make the telephone call. I received the post at about 9am Aussie time, however Malaysia is 3 hours behind us and this means that the BON official answered your call at 6 am which is unusual for any Bank official to be answering call or am I reading it wrong.

Good post Raphamin, about patience, I feel the same way about all of this. I have been working for the Norwegian authorities with government taxes for 20 years, until last summer, when I investigated a company I always found something not according to Norwegian law, it's hard to follow all the laws when you do business, and of course as a business man you have to accept punishment: fines, but it does not mean that the authorities close the business. When we started investigating a business our attitude was always that "we had strong reason to believe" and we always found something which wasn't according the laws, bookkeeping, whatever, etc. You have to put a lot of people working for you to satisfy authorities to follow their laws. Until we have the final say from the court, however, everything remains the same.

Yes, the last word is not said yet. The end of story is not yet written. But I am very glad we know a little bit more right now. Lack of communication is no good whatsoever.

Hi to all you Pip's people who are looking for an answer.
I would not get too excited if I were you! when BoN say that it has to pass the information on to the legal authorities then you can just wait and wait, I have been invloved in a similar enquiry in the UK, and we are now waited nearly 2 years, and we are still no futher on!! everything is just frozen!
Over 1,000 people have voiced their opinions to the FSA in the UK, but they just reply in their own time with the same old rubbish! we are still investigating say they, but they are not! you are fighting the "establishment" who want to keep the people poor, and in line, so they can make all the money from us!!
These people just sit on the situation, for as far as they are concerned, if they do nothing, then they have acheived their objective, stopping something they do not like, just for the sake of it! as they see themselves as the law or above it! it has nothing to do with the legality of the programme.
If anyone can tell me of a programme that has come back after any form of investigation, I would like to hear of it, for it has been my experience that they never return!
I am not trying to be a wet blanket, just practical and factual, I along with you all would just love there to a most positive outcome to the whole affair, as I had a great deal of money invested, for family and friends, charities, and people worse off than myself, so a good outcome would be most welcome for all concerned.
I along with many people would like an answer to the question of where all the many millions of dollars have gone, if there were ever any? it would of course be a great scandal if in fact the banks are holding on to money that rightly belongs to all the members, but will we ever know? I am begining to doubt it, but please if you know different, let us all know!
I do not wish in any way to be a kill joy, but I think we have to accept that in may be a long time before we have a result, by all means remain positive, but do not look on it as a life line, move on and find other ways to make a little extra!
Keep an eye on the sitaution, for I am sure anything is resolved, it will be shouted from the rooftops, and we will all get to know.
This is meant with the greatest respect to everyone concerned.
