I say wait for BNM to finish.Given that the investigation is almost 6 months old now,BNM must have formed an opinion.

Flying right beside you thebat$! However, many of us are asking many more questions and if we get ahead of you then these questions might be for BoN. But, right now I am with you! I agree we've waited this loooooooooooong.

But, there comes a time when you have to say...it's time. I believe a majority of the PIPSTERS out here have been very patient and will continue to do so...but, that light is very near, I have to ask which light? 1) BM and the restructured programs, realty, lotto, etc...or 2) the legal light where we do act in unison?

I have no reason to doubt you that others have already started legal action. I guess I would hope that people would see what initial legal action has caused and why their go at it won't be any more successful moving things ahead than other attempts.

Sometimes you just have to stand still and let things pass....

Thanks for the support Krisark. Do keep ol' bat$ in the loop. If we need to act, we act as a decisive unit. 1 for all and all for 1. Sometimes the best strategy is to outwait the enemy. Sometimes waiting won't do the trick, so we send a little wooden horse.... like in troy. Lolz... But whatever it is. We can work togehter and formulate the plan of action!!!

The ole "bat$" is right and equally, caught in the middle with pleas that is also reaching ears that won't wince either!

Whatever and whoever that has taken upon themselves to do what they see in judicial civil law, is bent and will stay on that path till something comes their way...as they had hoped for.

There is no way that BM can prevent that from being averted.

As for any legal action, subject to the outcome on the "expected" day to take place, I see it as one that requires little legal action either as it will then become a legal obligation to honour the refund or return or call what you like, that would funnel its way back to account holders who are verifiable...and that would create an admin chaos for sometime ...this is to be anticipated.

Only those that were complacent and who had no copies or proof saved, they will be the ones to lose most if not, entirely!!!
