Well granted there is a slight language gap and I dont know how well the person that Marek spoke to speaks English. But "not good conduct of business" means just that. The business was not conducting itself properly. It does not say anything about the employees were not in good conduct. But of course people are going to believe what they want to believe or keep dreaming.....

Hey, I'm just reading the words and taking it literally.

I don't read meaning into it other than the actual meaning of the words. That's saved me a lot of misunderstanding in my life so far so I'll stick with it, thank you very much.

Suit yourself, but do yourself a favor and accept it that its over. This is exactly why Bryan has been ducking and hiding from us.

Is Bryan allowed to speak, what is his lawyers saying to him. He must know more than us. Doesnt sound good, but have to wait for a statement to confirm either way and that could be months away yet. Not much more to say at this point.

So they have reason to believe that there have not been good business practices. Good heavens, if I were investigated for my business practices, I guess I'd have to go to jail. I'm a terrible business person. But the question is, do they feel the business practices in question were with criminal intent. I think the whole thing hinges on that. I still refuse to believe that Bryan is a crook.

Unfortunately, making mistakes when you head up a business is interpreted as criminal in the eyes of many, especially government officials (themselves excluded, of course) and of eager prosecutors.

Sorry, I will not say die. That just isn't my nature. I have sought other ways to make money during this time, but I will believe it is over if/when we get word it is over and not before. Call me stupid or whatever, but there I stand.

Has anyone considered that what BoN may be referring to is the problem with PicPay?

People and agencies tend to group everything together under the name PIPS. However, PicPay is where all the problems started and there have been many indications that what happened within PicPay had to do with a couple dishonest employees. I would be shocked if BoN didn’t find any problems with PicPay. But that doesn’t mean that PIPS or Bryan are at fault….or that Bryan is a scam artist.

Bryan said there would be a detailed explanation once all this is over. Well, now we have confirmation that it is not over so let’s chill out and wait before casting judgment on Bryan and PIPS. What good is that going to do anyone anyway.

I will wait to read the detailed explanation once this is all over.
