Thanks Marek. Some of us have been saying this all along, but we were labled trolls for doing so.

Thanks again Marek. Now all you need to do is stop your mod's from banning people just because they feel like it!

You just take care, Style... I will personally see to it that you get banned again.....

They "believe that things arent all as they should be" and that there's been "not good conduct of business".

If it was something really serious I'm quite confident they would have been able to use stronger words than that.

Sounds more like there has been some neglect or minor breaches of some regulations or similar.
Something where they need a lot of time to find out whether there's actually anything wrong or not (it's been several months). Depending on interpretation of the laws/regulations in question.

    Default What about this thought?

    A. We have reason to believe that things arent all as they should be, and therefor have our Deputy officer to review the findings, before we send it to the public prosecuter. BoN is now positive twards further investigations of pipsinc findings. And further investigation are only done when we have Strong reason to believe "not good conduct of business."Regards

Just a couple of questions, could the "not good conduct of business." be referring to some sort of conspiracy against PIPS with a player(s) in the business? or the fact that Picpay did not pay out money in a timely manner? or Picpay was operating so close to a bank that it is suspect?

This may not mean that PIPS is dead.

    Thanks Rex

So you think that: "things aren't all as they should be" amounts to "it's all over"?

I think it means exactly what it says. That not everything is perfect.

Which really leaves us where we were before. Except that BNM have confirmed that they will "issue a statement" when they are done.

    Great! So again we wait.

Yes it says that "further investigation are only done when we have Strong reason to believe "not good conduct of business.""

So they have a strong reason to believe that there's someting wrong.

The word "strong" is about their "reason to believe" it is not about the offence that may or may not have been commited.
