I think that the update created more questions which is really no surprise.

It is my personal opinion that there are dark forces within the banking and money industries that don't want Bryan to succeed. With that being said, if there were major violations, serious laws broken, investigators would be less evasive. It would be front page information scaring investors and creative entrepreneurs from ever trying this again.

In my mind, vagueness means positive in my mind. They can't clearly find the major violations to shut the operation down forever but they will keep looking. Eventually they will have to move on......and I'll be ready when they do!!!!

Is there any one on the web that could answer a few questions or that would like to be in touch with someone else in the PIP's group?

Of course he is despairing...despairing at us since we simply cannot understand even though he has posted a dozen times that he cannot comment on the investigation...from the advice given by his lawyers...

...and we still come back and ask for him to tell us something more...

I cannot understand why people do not take a vacation or something to pass the time...

Do you think if it was the Fed investigating, it would have been quicker...

Hi Everyone,

I would like to thank Marek and all the members for voicing your concerns. I will continue praying that everything is settled and sorted for all concerned and that Bryan will give us an update. We also need to remember that Bryan may be very busy with getting all sorted out for all of us.

Here is a little thought... maybe a staff member of BoN is a member of Rolclub and word has gotten back to either Bryan or his lawyers about a post, and the only way BoN would have found out is either from a member of the forum or by them being a member. Now saying that, maybe that is why we haven't heard from Bryan.

I am not saying that is what has happened, but sometimes I will look at the BIG picture and see it from many angles. I as all of you would love to hear from Bryan on what is happening, but sometimes we may have to wait longer than we want...

I have read the post (Thread: Q and A with BoN on the phone - Marek) by fellow members of Rolclub and I have my concerns about PIPS and PicPay, I have only a couple things I would like to voice for others to think about.

1. Have you ever wondered if BoN has a staff member reading posts here?

2. If they go further and have charges on PicPay or PIPS can our comments be used against PIPS or PicPay? (remember many courts are now allowing emails to be submitted as evidence, so can a forum post be used?)

3. Are we playing into the hands of BoN with many speculations that have come from the investagation and helping to build a negative result in this case?

4. If money was to leave the country (Maylasia) would it effect their economy and could that be a reason for the investigations?

We all have our concerns, worries, anxieties and the list can go on forever.

How many times did Bryan get upset about him being misquoted from the PIPS forum and that is why it was also taken down, and he had every right to be upset about it, and if BoN has a staff member part of this forum, could this have happened by them.. misquoting what Bryan has posted... hmmmm a thought ... hmmmmmmmm

So lets wait and see and hope that Bryan will post sooner than later, but I for one will not give BoN any more to use against Bryan.

In my opinion, Mr Maslan was just confirming what we already know and was being very diplomatic by carefully choosing the words in his statement. When an ongoing investigation is being conducted, any statement made is pure speculation. If it goes to the public prosecutor, he will decide if PIPS was involved in "not good conduct of business". If the public prosecutor finds there is not substancial evidence, PIPS will be back in business. All we can do is wait and see what the outcome is of the investigation.

I agree. Over here in Germany banks are paying an interest of 2 % A YEAR on a regular savings account. Of course all the banks must be threatened by a program like PIPS. How can they justify those lousy rates to their customers if a program like PIPS is able to pay 2 % interest A DAY!? They just HAVE to try and prove that PIPS is just a scam... Yet I am still hopeful that they won't find more than some minor issues and PIPS will continue in the end.

yes the real enemy is the the prosperity police our own banking systems.

I mean get a lawyer on a consignment bases. We will cover expenses plus $500,000 if he/she frees our money from PicPay & our pips account. I will donate $20,000 from my Pips account to such a legal fund. And I know many others would be happy to also.

Well, with me you have probably guess, I am with HZchoise. I still have not heard the fat lady sing. I will believe until she does, even if she is warming up in the hall. She might be warming up for someone else's party!
