My PCIPAY order has been pending for almost 2 weeks!

Hello..

2 weeks ago, I bought a Sony T33 Digital camera from one UK merchant and now (2 weeks later), this transaction is still pending. Any ideas when it will be shipped or when will I receive an email confirmation of clean funds?

What is your experience so far?

Hiya mate, start to finish up to 2 months. Waiting for vouchers and virtual cards for 6 weeks, verified and shipped but Merchants not been paid as of yet.

They'll all come. 8)

Hello again!

Well I heard from the main forum that it was an offical announcement that

1) PICPAY will verify your fund and when confirm 'clean', your transaction will be marked as shipped.
2) Then, according to merchant account, this transaction will mark as clean fund and he will be able to withdraw funds.
3) Once he has requested the WD, he has to ship the goods first before receiving the actual funds in his account, after buyer confirms the items have arrived.

This is what I gather from the main forum just 4 weeks ago.

Merchants are sitting on loadsa gear that they've paid for and can't do much till they get paid. Sure it won't be long.

Well I hope what I read from the main forum is wrong. so that everbody gets paid first before sending the items to members.

I just cannot wait for my camera.

There has been a mention of 1 or 2 Merchants sending out stuff before being paid but it's not common place. Would have thought they knew the people involved personally.

They can't ship before being paid, they'd all go broke due to lack of cashflow!

I'm sure it'll come. I've got a £1000 PC-World voucher from the 28th of May that I'm waiting for the WD for... can't wait!

I might be doing the same thing soon cos I am into PC and accessories myself

verifications are coming in quicker at least. mine took a little less than 30 days. if i were a merchant, i wouldn't ship until i was paid either :)

And they reckon 30 more days for payment.
