Has anyone in the mail-order business ever shipped before payment is received? No. Neither would a merchant.

There have been a couple of posts from members saying that their Merchants have shipped their items before being paid. Risky yes, they must know them on a personal basis would have thought!!

That is correct we and most merchants will not send any items out until we have been paid by picpay as the promises have not been kept and I myself have just paid my invoices for over 60,000 yes you read correct 60,000 and I can tell you it is realy affecting my business.

I realy do understand the frustration of waiting for your orders but think how some of us merchants feel who have purchased stock which we have had to pay real cash for.

My first order was on May 12th. Exactly 55 days ago.

I have around 12K ordered and I know it'll come through someday for the merchant I trust very much myself, we just need to hang on in there... $2K has just been shipped since the order was placed in early June but there's JUST too many "coincidences" out there that are plagueing PIPS as a whole...but we for our part, need to get a grip on ourselves and on those circumstances, it's hard both for us, the Merchants (thats us as well who are Pipsters too) and the Dept handling and processing against the world wide wall that is pretty jealous of P-Systems as well... sad but true and we need to hang in there..... united and confident!

For the business front, it is that very RISK factor when one gets involved...and no one is the wiser but the Merchant who steps into this arena to make just another alternative to success...one that cannot be guaranteed accept disappointments and turning green fom aggro....the dollar needs to change that and someday, it will... :D

My first orded item was received in ten(!!!) days!

My friend ordered a visa gift card on June 6th, his picpay account was marked shipped on July 5th. I placed an order for my visa gift card on June 11th, it is still pending verification. Hopefully we will receive them within the month.

So it seems that we are waiting for PICPAY to pay out to merchants first so that the merchants can ship the good to members, but PICPAY, on the other hand, is waiting for merchants to ship the goods before they pay out to merchants! So there is a loop here. How do we break this loop? :?
