Thread: My PCIPAY order has been pending for almost 2 weeks!

just like me, ordered 05/12 and got nothing yet!!
hope that will come????!! things i bought on 06/09 status is still "open", so: no movement at all!! concerning this the old checkbuyer procedure seemed to be much better 'cause when we have to wait 2 more months for the money reaching the merchants account after order declared "shipped" it's ridiculous!!!!

My ordere from Midle of May have arrived... It's a tente.... They got the money and then they bought the product... They couldn't afford baying the product and wait for the money...

Ok everybody!

Right firstly "lightray" I am a merchant and we "DO NOT AND HAVE NOT" been asked to ship goods before we get paid and thier is nothing in place to enforce this "you may be confused with the auctions that use escrow as this is the case on them but not on normal merchant sales" We have to change status to shipped to enable us to claim the money from picpay, many of us merchants do run legitimate businesses and have to pay for stock "not like some who are going to purchase after they have been paid" this is why I am so annoyed at being promised prompt payments in the beginning as I have extra stock sitting here which has gone over my 30 day credit and I have had to pay out for it now without any payment back from picpay and it hurts my business big time.
