Hi,
First of all it's nice to catch up on a little bit of news, i was missing the updates.
2ndly, if we have pending withdrawals to the DC and they are no longer, where is that money going to go?
Will it be put back to p*cp*y?
Hope some-one can help with this one.
Thanks

Put in a ticket to cancel your WD immediately. They will not do it automatically. I did that with all my pending WDs and the money went straight back into Picpay the same day.
Hopes this helps,
Galadriel

Thank you for that advise, I actually took the bull by the horns and rang and they did it right there on the spot. Will put it back into 2% till we know what is happening with the DC's.
Thanks

Be careful when you do this as when the tax man wants to see your withdrawals he will tax you on the amount you put back in! as you had 'control' over what you do with it, whether it is to withdraw or to reinvest, its your decision. In the UK we would be stung for 40% on this.
cheers

I have a DC wd. pending since April, i remember a post from Gary telling us not to cancel those withdrawals but since the debit cards are no longer active
there hasnt been any updates or advice regarding those withdrawals. It would be nice to hear from someone about this.

I just called picpay support about the DC pending withdrawal i have and she said i could if i wanted, but probably better not to. No clear instruction from management on what is the policy there, i guess it hinges on what happens with the new platform. I am leaving mine on there (from april) in case there is a chance it gets processed quicker on the new platform.
